“I'm a pastry chef from Houston Tx and was vacationing in Idaho springs. When I happened into this unassuming bakery, I did not expect to enjoy the best éclair I've ever had. I also got a delicious blueberry swirl and regretted not getting more! Top notch, hope to return again.“

“First time we visited Dandelions cafe. Food was good, and tasty. Very clean atmosphere and not hectic. Would highly giving them a try! We plan on going back to try their other food choices. Give them a try!!!

“The pizza was amazing. The crust on the pizza was so delicious it made you wanting more. I just learned about the honey and the crust yum! Plenty of sauce every bite and all the toppings you want. Will be back.“

“We enjoyed Clear Creek Cidery! Our waiter was very nice! Not sure of his name, but he greeted us when we walked in. He seated us and asked us how we were. He made sure we had everything we needed and even made sure my daughter was happy! He checked on us several times and made sure we were satisfied! The lady that was helping clean tables was very sweet as well! She was refilling drinks and even brought my daughter paper and crayons to draw with. Their on tap cider was very good! I tried the hard apple! My daughter’s chicken strip kids meal was very fresh! My husband loved the salmon appetizer! Everything is made fresh and homemade and you can really tell they value their business and customers! We loved this place and plan to go back when we visit Idaho Springs again!!“

“Ate there last night for the first time since new ownership, WOW what a change. It’s clear they are now using fresh food, cooked incredibly well. The canyon is now lucky to have a truly good place to EAT and drink…..well done!“

“We had a wonderful time for New Year's Eve! It was my birthday celebration and we had a very nice room and beautiful gift basket. The NYE dinner (for staying guests) was very delicious! Prime rib was perfect, along with salmon and all of the side dishes! The staff members were all fabulous and helpful! We had a ton of fun and plan on returning next year! Thanks Grand Z's!“
