I visit Seb's regularly when they're in Gunbarrel near Spine and 63rd. Excellent pizza, very fast, and organic. Prices are great for what you receive. The crust is fantastic, just the right amount of chew. The sauce is proportioned well and doesn't take over nor get lost in other flavors. Seb's was outside my office on Pearl Street, super nice people, quick cooking, and the pizza tasted amazing. I'm simple and got the pepperoni, but the sauce was solid, just the right amount of cheese, and the dough was spot on, perfectly cooked on the bottom! Can't wait to eat here again!

I eat Seb's everyday Monday when they stop at our office in Boulder. I look forward to it every week. The pizza is great tasting and fairly priced. Great atmosphere and delicious pizza!!
