This place is it. Literally a hole-in-the-wall food truck hidden away in Brighton, and honestly one of the best pupusa spots I’ve ever had. The pupusas are fire—perfectly crisp on the outside, melty and flavorful on the inside. But what took it to the next level was the curtido and salsa. The curtido was fresh, tangy, and just the right amount of crunch. And the salsa? So damn good I could drink it. Not watery, not too spicy—just packed with real flavor.

If you’re even thinking about trying it, do it. It’s that kind of place you want to gatekeep but can’t because everyone deserves this kind of food.”

“We absolutely love Kikos! it was one of the first places we found when we moved to Brighton and now it's our favorite place to eat and we regularly bring family and friends. It's always great food, great services and great prices. you can't go wrong at Kikos. I love their Mexican gumbo and my husband always gets the Torta.”

Then they bring you the food to the table . But our waiter never came back to see if we needed anything or check on us . “Took the family for a quick dinner and one of the happy meals hamburger was made wrong. The owner or store manager overhear us talking and without even going to the counter came to us and asked what was wrong. She immediately had a new hamburger made and delivered it to us. On our way out we thanked her again and told her we had brought our son in for his birthday meal. She told us to wait so she could get him something and came back with a bag of cookies. What great customer service! We will be sure to return to this McDonald's. Thank you for taking care of us!”

“I hosted my wife's 50th birthday party here at Copper Rail. Eric and his staff were absolutely awesome! They didn't charge a fee for the space, they had several options for food, and they had everything set up and ready to go by time our party started. I highly recommend Copper Rail to anyone who is throwing or hosting a large party. They are very accommodating and they took great care of everyone in our group for a very reasonable price.”

The food is more than bar food.
The wings, green chili are what you would expect. Thick juicy wings. Meaty green chili that is as expected. Spicy and full of pork, and flavor. The onion rings are served hot and fresh..
But make sure you ask for dipping sauce.”

“I drive from Boulder to eat here. As an East Coast transplant accustomed to spectacular NE Chinese food (iykyk), the Chinese food in Colorado is abysmal. Heaven Dragon is the only place I can eat anything on the menu and not leave disappointed. Sure other places have good fried rice or lo meon, but this is the place to go if you want to enjoy a whole meal. Service is great as well.”

“We met some friends for dinner outside at Simply pizza at the Run Westy Run Food Truck Park. It’s awesome pizza! We ordered four different pizzas and they were all delicious. The kids ran around and played the outdoor games while while we listened to music and enjoyed our pizza. It was awesome! Highly recommend, but kinda want it to stay a hidden gem.”

“I haven't stepped inside this place little over 3 years ago. Back then, it wasn't great, dirty, rude staff, and messed up food. Not hard to make a burger that you're trained to make.
I have used the mobile app a few times, and people I know avoided the place as well.
Alas, hearing a staff change and a remodel, I stopped by.
Food better, service is better, it's clean. Value for the buck is ever so balance, and of course decided by each person paying with their hard earned cash. Frosty is a bit expensive for my senses, can be cheaper. That the only drawback I can say.
But it seems it changed and people may want to check it out themselves.”

“Was not having a great day, ordered 4 drinks for my kids and I, my daughter promptly spilled all of them getting in the car. The manager and team were so kind, they offered to help with the mess and remade my drinks free of charge immediately to get me on my way. I could not be more thankful. That was a lot of money and of course it was on the way to school so I didn’t have much time. They were absolutely amazing and made the situation a little less stressful for my poor daughter!!!”

Dollar for dollar, I will eat here more often than other more expensive restaurants or fast food. My meal was just a little higher than a number 1 at MC donalds.”

“Went to walk up window. Stood there for a few minutes before staff noticed. When the server opened the window she asked me to go let the order in front of me know his food was ready. I took this to mean, she wasnt going to take my order until I complied. I did because the gentleman ahead of me was older. Nonetheless the food was average but the customer service was what stood out to me here.”

Second the menus are covered in dried up sauce. They need to be wiped off. Finally the seats are worn out and cracked. Food tastes good.”

With my most recent visit I witnessed a couple in the car in front of me being rude to the staff and I'll say the young gentleman did a greatest job handling the situation.
