The food traveled surprisingly well. I can only imagine how it would taste on the spot. The spicy level on the hot chicken was actually spicy which is so rare anymore. Flavors were good and the servings were larger than I expected.“

I don't understand why I have to show my drivers license every time I pickup my order that is already paid for! Most restaurants ask for an order number or the email confirmation-not identification.It's especially frustrating when my spouse makes the order and I pick it up. I have to call home for him to confirm I can take the food because the order is in his name.Do better El Pollo Loco!! As we waited for our drive thru order my son asked the assistant manager to sign his cast. He found a Sharpie and quickly signed the cast, making my son's day a little brighter ❤“

“Parking: We at the parking location that we were sure we could get out of because the line tends of wrap around the whole building for drive-thru and we wanted to be sure to be able to exit the parking lot October done eating inside so we had to park on the North facing wall closest to the street but I guess that's a good sign for quality food if you're not sure you can get out after done eating cuz it's so busy thanks Chick-fil-A it was delicious.“
“In 20 years of going to Chick-fil-A all over the country they have never got an order wrong, until yesterday. I ordered on the app and after I went through the drive-thru I noticed my chicken tenders were missing so I walked back in. I stood to the side and the manager who seemed very busy still noticed me immediately. She asked if I had been helped and when I explained the situation she talked to the kitchen staff to see if they had the tenders. They only had two of the three chicken tenders that I needed and the others were in a frozen state. I was in a hurry to get out of there and home to my husband, and so she offered me fresh fries to replace the ones that had been cooling off while we chatted, and she also put in some chicken nuggets to make up for the one that was missing. I so appreciated the kindness that she showed and the fact that I was not left standing there waiting for any amount of time. Nicely done Chick-fil-A ? You are still the best!“

“Customer service is great here. The employees are very friendly and they always make sure my order is correct. The drive thru continues to be very slow. I haven't been inside to dine in a long time, so I'm not sure how quick they are inside. I wish they would use the 2nd drive-thru line for mobile order only instead of not utilizing it at all so that it's not so long of a wait in the line. Customers take so long to order and to have to wait for that when we have already placed a mobile order, it's frustrating.Features: Tables needed to be cleaned. Most of the tables needed to be wiped down.“
