We absolutely love this place! We go regularly and the staff knows our orders by heart, which makes it feel extra special. The pho is always excellent—my husband gets the steak pho, and I order the vegetarian (minus the veggies), and they always bring me extra onions without me even asking. The tofu is fried perfectly every time, with just the right bit of crisp.
My husband’s coworkers brag about a pho place near his work, but he always comes home saying it’s just not the same as here. That says a lot! We truly hope this restaurant stays in business forever. 😀“

“This place is so great! The lemongrass chicken noodle bowl was the best lemongrass anything I've ever had. Husband's meal was savory: bbq pork bahn mi bowl with fried rice topped with a fried egg. If I didn't live out of state, I'd be here regularly. Thanks for an amazing lunch ❤️“

“Haven't even finished eating my food, but needed to leave a review. Best rice noodle bowls and pho I've had probably ever. I asked for extra basil and they delivered...heavily! Haha super nice staff as well. Cute little restaurant owned by a family. Definitely support this place!“

“I picked up dinner for my bro and I as he wasn't feeling well and you can't go wrong with pho when you're sick! The large portion was a good amount, although we didn't have enough broth, next time we'll ask for extra broth. The flavor was very good, you can taste the spices quite nicely. The combo rice platter was really good too, all the grilled meats tasted great, however we did run out of the chili lime sauce that comes with it. When I went to pick up the order, it was already waiting for me and everything was accurate. The staff are friendly as well. Next time I'll definitely drop by for dine in to see the difference and take some photos!“

“The best pho I have had in Colorado. You can taste the care in the soup and everything taste fresh. The places I usually go to have gone down on quality since covid and I was pleasantly surprised by this place. They even had chili oil at the table which you have to usually order off the menu, or get charged for at other places. I would definitely give this place a shot. You can tell by the fresh vegetables and good meat in the soup that this place is legit.“

“We had a great experience at Indochine! The crab rangoons were perfectly crispy and packed with flavor, the orange chicken was fresh, tangy, and not overly sweet, and the hot and sour soup had just the right balance of heat and richness. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. We’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu.“
