“Great experience here! We went in for a triple birthday celebration with 3 of us having birthdays this week. The food was great and she service was great too! “Great Divide Brewery and Roadhouse has a great atmosphere, fitting right in with the charm of downtown Castle Rock. It definitely has a business casual vibe. The prices were decent—not the best I’ve seen, but the quality of the food, drinks, and service made up for it. I’d recommend checking it out. There’s plenty of seating, but parking is limited, so you may need to park down the street. That’s not a bad thing, though, because the walk is lovely—downtown Castle Rock is beautiful and worth exploring.“

“We hosted our best friends to a dinner at Danielle's that was recommended by other dear friends. We were very impressed by the quality of the dishes. Calamari, Danielle's favorite Chicken with lemon-butter sauce, Pork Osso Bucco, Chicken Piccata with lemon risotto, and bacon-chicken with mac-n-cheese. Finished off with skillet brownie and vanilla bean ice cream. Leonè was a superb server💗👏“

“Going back several years I have to say that this IHOP has become a much better place to eat over the years.
The food is top drawer and the service excellent.
Back in 2000 ish maby a bit before when it first opened there were issues with quality, service and management.
I'm glad to say it now not only fixed those issues it's improved 500%.
Today's breakfast was great, filling and the server was professional (well trained).
Also the restaurant is well cleaned and has a much better smell them in the past.
Kiddos to my server, the cooks and management for the positive dinning experience.“

Trestles delivered an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the Pavé Cake dessert—a masterpiece of flavor and texture that we’re still dreaming about.
The cocktails were perfectly crafted, striking a balance between creativity and classic sophistication. As for the food, the lobster and shrimp cavatappi was absolutely superb, with every bite bursting with rich, perfectly seasoned flavors. The lobster slider was another standout—phenomenal in taste and presentation, showcasing the restaurant’s dedication to fresh, high-quality ingredients.
