“Came here for a first date. Didn’t get a second date, but apparently helped someone hit their “free dinner” KPI for the week. Fair trade though - the food, the drinks were excellent, the vibe was perfect, and this place is now locked into my casual dating rotation.“

“We live in Castle Rock and are thankful our son discovered Dos Amigos. We took a close friend there last night. As usual, the food was excellent and at the best pricing we have found in Castle Rock. The staff has always been friendly and courteous and goes out of their way to make certain their guests are taken care of. We highly recommend them to anyone in search of a friendly restaurant with quality food at a reasonable price.“

“Drove all the way from Edgewater to check out the Castle Rock Chapala! I’ve been there twice and absolutely love the Castle Rock location! It’s every bit as amazing as the first location giving 5 star service, food, drink & atmosphere! The family that owns Chapala is incredible and they have top notch people working for them! I’ve never found another place that shows such excellence in so many ways! Everything I have tried on the menu is AMAZING and the margaritas are fantastic! Better than ANYWHERE I have ever been! “Today I ordered 2 tacos for lunch. I was accidentally brought the wrong tacos. They were so yummy, I hadn’t even noticed-ha ha! A staff member came over and apologized, I said not to worry about it. He later brought me over my correct order anyways! I thought that was so nice! I love Yolanda’s. It’s my favorite spot in Castle Rock for tacos. I also love their nachos!! Super delish! :)“

“These are, no joke, the best tacos I have ever had! These people are so sweet and fast. I have had their stacked enchiladas which reminded me of my grandpa’s enchiladas. The first time I ever tried this food, I literally cried because it brought me right back to childhood. Everything is always fresh and made to order, they also serve breakfast. They have a location in Castle Rock and one in Aurora. Get there as fast as you possibly can to support this small business!“

“We visit several different Santiago’s locations pretty frequently — Golden has always been our favorite. But tonight, we stopped at the Castle Rock location on our way home from Texas, and it was hands-down the best experience we’ve ever had at a Santiago’s!

The food was absolutely amazing, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the service was top-notch. Everything about our visit was just perfect. The only downside is that we don’t live closer to this location!

“Look no further for the BEST burgers. I really appreciate the fact that no seed oils are used-I can enjoy French fries now! Customer service is amazing and the food is mouth watering. I religiously order once a week and always look forward to it! Support this place! A gem in Castle Rock!“

“Our Littleton Angies was closed today, so went to castle rock instead. The food was awful. Bottled salad dressing, watery spaghetti sauce and very bland meatball. Will never assume the two Angie restaurants are equal. Littleton is far superior in every way. Never again 0 stars. If restaurant wasn't so far away. I would have taken it back. Instead I fed it to my garbage disposal.“

“Stopped for dinner with the fam and unfortunately they were out of the shrimp I wanted. the young gentleman working there, who I believe was the shift manager or equivalent, felt bad and gave me a complimentary drink. He was very friendly and asked about our evening. He also complimented his coworkers around him. I believe one guy was new and he patiently guided him then thanked the cashier for doing a great job. It was sooo refreshing to see this young man take pride in his job, offer great service with kindness and a smile, and create an environment that you can tell people are happy to be there. Excellent leadership!!“
