“I have been a regular customer of theirs for years. I stopped going for awhile as during the name change as it wasn't the best experience.

We stopped by today and what a difference. They had a new waitress Jennifer who was fantastic. Her service made us feel like we were at a high end restaurant. She made great recommendations, we ordered Steak Fajitas and Chile Rellenos. plus had a few cocktails. All were good but the trip was made by the service. Good job, we will be back!“

“We live in Castle Rock and are thankful our son discovered Dos Amigos. We took a close friend there last night. As usual, the food was excellent and at the best pricing we have found in Castle Rock. The staff has always been friendly and courteous and goes out of their way to make certain their guests are taken care of. We highly recommend them to anyone in search of a friendly restaurant with quality food at a reasonable price.“

“There's a young man in this restaurant working hard at what seems to be his first job. He's learning and very clearly giving his all. There was a woman who was completely rude and nasty to this kid because something came out of the kitchen wrong. Berated him and refused to let him fix it. So if you see a review posted after this one talking bad about this kids service just know she is a nasty human being and she had no right to be so Karen-y to him. He's awesome and I hope hes able to brush her off and continue contributing to society in a positive way. Way to handle yourself buddy you didn't deserve that and you did everything you could to make it right.“

“Today I ordered 2 tacos for lunch. I was accidentally brought the wrong tacos. They were so yummy, I hadn’t even noticed-ha ha! A staff member came over and apologized, I said not to worry about it. He later brought me over my correct order anyways! I thought that was so nice! I love Yolanda’s. It’s my favorite spot in Castle Rock for tacos. I also love their nachos!! Super delish! :)“

“These are, no joke, the best tacos I have ever had! These people are so sweet and fast. I have had their stacked enchiladas which reminded me of my grandpa’s enchiladas. The first time I ever tried this food, I literally cried because it brought me right back to childhood. Everything is always fresh and made to order, they also serve breakfast. They have a location in Castle Rock and one in Aurora. Get there as fast as you possibly can to support this small business!“

“This was my first time eating at Stack’d, and as a food truck owner I always love checking out other people’s food. We tried two different burgers, the Philly cheesesteak, the fries, and the onion rings — and everything was phenomenal. The seasoned fries were on point, the onion rings were spot-on, and that Philly cheesesteak with the gooey cheese… absolutely delicious. Couldn’t have asked for a better lunch. Honestly, I’m mad at myself for waiting this long to try it — kudos to them. They’re doing an amazing job!“

“Stopped for dinner with the fam and unfortunately they were out of the shrimp I wanted. the young gentleman working there, who I believe was the shift manager or equivalent, felt bad and gave me a complimentary drink. He was very friendly and asked about our evening. He also complimented his coworkers around him. I believe one guy was new and he patiently guided him then thanked the cashier for doing a great job. It was sooo refreshing to see this young man take pride in his job, offer great service with kindness and a smile, and create an environment that you can tell people are happy to be there. Excellent leadership!!“

“Our Littleton Angies was closed today, so went to castle rock instead. The food was awful. Bottled salad dressing, watery spaghetti sauce and very bland meatball. Will never assume the two Angie restaurants are equal. Littleton is far superior in every way. Never again 0 stars. If restaurant wasn't so far away. I would have taken it back. Instead I fed it to my garbage disposal.“

“I'll leave 5 stars because the staff and food were excellent. The young man and woman that prepared our food were very nice and attentive. They ran out of ground beef in the middle of making my husband's bowl and the young man called back for more. We didn't want to hold up the line so my husband opted to do half chicken instead of wait for the ground beef. When we got to the register we told the young woman that one of the bowls was 2 different meats since the ground beef was out. This is when our experience changed. Tim, the manager started berating his employees right at the food line about how it is never ok to run out of things. It was very unprofessional and he repeated his words far more than what was necessary just to further belittle the staff in front of customers. I would return here for the food and other staff but have no desire to frequent an establishment where management treats the employees so bad.“
