“Great food! I had al pastor nachos and highly recommend them. They have white queso and it was great too!
Y’ALL - THIS IS THE CLOSEST THING I HAVE TASTED TO TEX-MEX SINCE LEAVING HOME 2 YS AGO! If you’re homesick and looking for something close to the tacos you’d find in Central TX / the Hillcountry, try this place! I’m sorry I didn’t take a picture, but the ones others posted seem accurate.
Parking: They will validate your parking slip if you end up needing to park in one of the paid garages.
I drive a gmc 1500 and didn’t know it would be tight getting into and out of the store’s lot. There’s a free garage by the Lutheran church and it’s not far from the shops or this restaurant. I’ll go straight to a parking garage and skip trying their parking lot and streets next time.
Kid-friendliness: My 3yo got their cheese quesadilla and loved it. It came with mild salsa he could eat and some chips. He also loved the queso.“

“Hadn't been here for about 4 months and wanted to see if anything had improved with the breakfast burritos. The last time I noticed hardly any meat (sausage) in the egg/cheese/potatoes that make up the burritos. This time I ordered 10 to check out how much sausage were in them and was very disappointed that they have gotten worse. Most of the 10 burritos had little if any meat in them. If I had wanted vegetarian burritos I would have ordered that but I paid for breakfast burritos with sausage.“

“Our Littleton Angies was closed today, so went to castle rock instead. The food was awful. Bottled salad dressing, watery spaghetti sauce and very bland meatball. Will never assume the two Angie restaurants are equal. Littleton is far superior in every way. Never again 0 stars. If restaurant wasn't so far away. I would have taken it back. Instead I fed it to my garbage disposal.“

“These are, no joke, the best tacos I have ever had! These people are so sweet and fast. I have had their stacked enchiladas which reminded me of my grandpa’s enchiladas. The first time I ever tried this food, I literally cried because it brought me right back to childhood. Everything is always fresh and made to order, they also serve breakfast. They have a location in Castle Rock and one in Aurora. Get there as fast as you possibly can to support this small business!“

“Stopped for dinner with the fam and unfortunately they were out of the shrimp I wanted. the young gentleman working there, who I believe was the shift manager or equivalent, felt bad and gave me a complimentary drink. He was very friendly and asked about our evening. He also complimented his coworkers around him. I believe one guy was new and he patiently guided him then thanked the cashier for doing a great job. It was sooo refreshing to see this young man take pride in his job, offer great service with kindness and a smile, and create an environment that you can tell people are happy to be there. Excellent leadership!!“

“I'll leave 5 stars because the staff and food were excellent. The young man and woman that prepared our food were very nice and attentive. They ran out of ground beef in the middle of making my husband's bowl and the young man called back for more. We didn't want to hold up the line so my husband opted to do half chicken instead of wait for the ground beef. When we got to the register we told the young woman that one of the bowls was 2 different meats since the ground beef was out. This is when our experience changed. Tim, the manager started berating his employees right at the food line about how it is never ok to run out of things. It was very unprofessional and he repeated his words far more than what was necessary just to further belittle the staff in front of customers. I would return here for the food and other staff but have no desire to frequent an establishment where management treats the employees so bad.“
“The quesabirria is better than most taco trucks and taco places in castle rock. Amazing food from burgers to steak bites to street tacos terrific place.“

“This was my first time visiting this venue - and what a beautiful location, you have the view of the mountains in Castle Rock, the windows allow so much sunlight and the open space is really nice, creating opportunities to feel comfortable and not so crowded.
So my hubby and I hungry after church decided on lunch and I ordered the steak fajitas with queso and he ordered Carne Guisada which is Top sirloin tips grilled in a spicy jalapeno and tomato salsa. Served with rice, black beans and house-made flour tortillas. But he wasn’t happy. It had no flavor and the meat was tough. It was just sirloin chopped with some salsa on top and rice.
I ordered the steak fajitas and they came out smoking with queso cheese and a side of rice and black beans. It can with amazing Tortillas, fresh and so soft. A side of guacamole, shredded cheese, limes, green chilies and sour cream and tons of grilled onions. To top my drink off I got a coke to wash it down.
Our server was Katlyn and she was very pleasant. With my husband not happy with the outcome of his order we spoke to the amazing manager, Bailey. We talked about the meal my husband ordered and how it just didn’t hit the mark and she understood and we aren’t the only ones who experience that order. It really needs love and flavor, I know the recipe is family/chain but if
You add some heat, peppers 🌶️ green pepper 🫑 and jalapeños it could be a game changer. Bailey apologized and took the meal off and offered us a desert and a cup of coffee and oh my!
The desert was the best part of my experience!!
Mud pie is what it’s called! Coffee ice cream and frozen Oreo cookie crush and topped with yummy whipped cream and a cherry - sitting in a bed of white and milk chocolate!!! The best for a chocoholic like me!! If anything I will come back just for the dessert it self!
After we ate we went out on the little path they had an outdoor sitting area to enjoy the view!
Parking: Beautiful spot for view and a great date night
