“The food and service were decent today. I did have to pull into a spot and wait a little bit for my food. I came at 9:30 am on a weekday. It wasn't busy, and I was the only car in the drive-thru, so I am not sure why I was waiting. It could have been because I ordered a chicken sandwich, and I guess it was still breakfast. I wouldn't think that would matter, really. It's all the same chicken. I ordered the banana pudding milkshake, and that was divine! I wished it had a few more banana bits and a few less Nilla wafer bits, but it was still really tasty. I just had to try it. I would say it was an overall good experience, but if I come again, I will plan to wait.“

Chris was friendly, attentive, and very patient while explaining the menu options. He was extremely informative about the different heat levels and combos, which made ordering so much easier. It’s clear he cares about making sure customers have a great experience.

“YUM. Love the food, especially the salads (don't skip the tater-tots). The people are friendly and the restaurant is clean. If you are in a rush, run in for pick-up instead of getting stuck in the drive-thru, but in general, their food comes out fast.“

“This is a great location. The food is always fresh and cooked well. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The inside and outside are super clean and the bathroom is as well. Which as an Uber driver I REALLY APPRECIATE. Once my car battery died right at close and Jennifer was so sweet and let me wait inside until my help arrived. Every time I stop in here she greets me with a smile and a kind word. She goes a ove and beyond for all the customer. I hope she gets a stake in tbe profits here because she deserves every penny!!! PLEASE GIVE HER A RAISE!!! 😊👍👌💯“

“Always looking for a new place close to work for lunch. First time visiting and ordering from the Highlands Ranch location and it did not disappoint! Very impressed by the size of the two slider meal. Our order was ready when we arrived and was hot,fresh and delicious! We will definitely be ordering from this location again! “I recently moved away from Fort Collins so I am going through and leaving reviews for all of my favorite eats places. MCHC is god-tier! Their food is great and their support of local artists through their block party event is fantastic. I had the privilege of meeting their owner a few years back when I was driving for Lyft and got a ride request from him when he needed to go make sure their Prospect location was locked up properly after he received notification that a door was left open. he tipped me very generously and it was genuinely a fun ride. It never surprised me that the atmosphere of MCHC had the same fun appeal whenever I ate there. I am definitely gonna visit next time I am in Fort Collins!“

Red beans & rice is a great side but the jambalaya is a tremendous rice dish! Their biscuits round out a truly memorable meal. Really a hidden gem in the back of a little grocery.“
