“The 45-day dry aged NY strip was excellent. The mashed potatoes had great flavor, a little gummy though. The asparagus was a little overcooked. But those are very minor in the whole picture. The steak was the star.
The pretzel bread sticks with the honey butter were delicious. Our server suggested a great bottle of wine. It wasn’t very busy when we went but the atmosphere was very nice. It’s a beautiful restaurant. I’ll go back.”

“This was our first time at Spuntino. My friend and I loved it. The food is creative and delicious. We were in the back room, and it got quite loud sometimes because it's so small and everyone is having lively conversations. The one thing that bummed me out, but I thought was cool at the same time, is that the kitchen is right there in the main room out in the open. Like it would be if you were cooking in your own kitchen. How neat to watch it all go down! However, my hair and clothes stunk like bacon after I left. I would still go back in a heartbeat. There are more things I'd like to try.”

“Visiting the area from east coast for Father’s Day. My son referred me here and it was awesome! We sat at the bar and got to watch all the meals be prepared for the whole restaurant, and all the cocktails. The bar staff (Ryan, Jorge, Park, and the beautiful lady with mermaid hair), were all so wonderful to enjoy while we there. Entertaining, wonderful food, and expert cocktails. Bathrooms were clean, well appointed, and the entire decor was welcoming.”

“I did some research on local restaurants before my 3 day trip to Denver and was so happy to have found Lucina Eatery. Let's start with the vibe and atmosphere. I felt right at home. The staff was fantastic from Alexander Moon (GM) to Billie (bartender with the right amount of sass, playfullness and desire to please). NOW FOR THE FOOD. Well I went back 2x over the 3 days the food was so good, I sat at the bar (a lot of fun since I was by myself) and felt totally welcome and comfortable. THE CEVICHE and BROCOLLI were to die for. I have 4 orders of Ceviche. I love this place and will be back”

My wife ordered the original, MIL and I ordered the Al Pastor, and I have never been so happy and sad at the same time! The sandwich was divine! I can’t stand that it’s gone but so happy I had it. Haha the atmosphere in the place is so down to earth and raw with it’s authenticity its a unique feel in todays gentrified aesthetics. “This was the best sushi I have ever tasted in my entire life. I have never been to Japan but I can only imagine that it tastes like this. The yellow tail sashimi was AMAZING. It was so buttery and smooth and it tasted so amazing. I can still remember how incredibly it tasted and my mouth is watering thinking about it.”

“Major Tom is one of my favorite spots in Denver. The staff is incredible, and the cocktails are inventive, thoughtful, and seriously delicious. They even have a mezcal cocktail that I’m obsessed with—and I absolutely hate mezcal. That’s the magic of Major Tom: somehow they can change your mind.

And DO NOT skip the chickpea fritters. I don’t know what kind of black magic is happening in that kitchen, but they are sooo good.

I also love their occasional pop-ups. It’s always fun to see talented chefs collaborate and bring something new to the space. Great drinks, great food, great people, and always a reason to come back.”

“Uncle is a favorite for my boyfriend and I, so I had to bring my brothers here when they were visiting for the weekend. One of them is a huge ramen guy and he had a lot of good things to say about Uncle's noodles and broth! The soft shell crab buns were also a huge hit.”

My partners’ birthday was in a week and we got a spontaneous reservation next day to go! We said, heck why not and went. We did have to wait 20mins for our table after our reservation time, but service recovery was an instant fix as when we were sat, the host said “First round of drinks or apps on me, apologies for the wait.” Instantly, no hesitation or deliberation. Just a focus on preserving the guest experience. As a restaurant manager myself, astounding!

The food did not disappoint either, in fact it was phenomenal. The sweet potato was one of the best bites! The scallop, so good! They know their way around fish!!! The bean burrito was the only dish we ordered that I would pass on going forward. If you were considering it, go! Our server was really knowledgable, worked around difficult allergens, tossed in recommendations, and even encouraged us to check out Mezcaleria Alma. We’ll be back!”

“Variety like I have never seen before! Menu offers so many choices that I had to venture beyond my tried and true favorites. I usually have Palak or Saag Paneer. I tried a different paneer and the honey curry. Chef noted my desire to stay on the mild spice side. The tandoori chicken wings were among the tops of my wings experience. If you are there for happy hour (starts at 3 pm), you must try them! I ordered a large amount of food so I’d have leftovers to take home.”
