“Ran out of chicken but quickly made more, a bit of an inconvenience hence the 4/5 but the staff were nice and apologetic about the whole thing. Staff were also patient with hard-of-hearing customers.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and lactose free options
Parking: Meh; had to park at the store next door (Verizon)
Kid-friendliness: No swear words, or inappropriate content for children. Also, kid friendly food available.
Wheelchair accessibility: Some stairs, no automatic doors, I do not recommend for wheelchairs.“

But very attentive and helpful staff. I pick up DoorDash here a lot. They are quick and nice about getting the order I need.
Picked up an order today and a cute guy instantly helped me which I wasn't really expecting. So that's nice lol. 😭😂

“I've been to many Chipotle's across the states, quite a few of them over a hundred times (I wish I was kidding). This one is definitely in the upper echelon of chipotle restaurants. service times are always fast, and they do a good job keeping things as fresh possible fresh throughout the day, even during non peak hours. for example, many chipotle's struggle to keep the beans looking not gross in my experience, but I am rarely disappointed here. The current staff seems to me balanced in handling flow of customers, and portion sizes are pretty consistent when you go in.
Mark in particular is consistently prompt, friendly, and clear. I recommend this one over the others in the springs for these reasons“

I took my wife on a little lunch date for her lunch break, and she chose Chipotle.
The restaurant was clean, everybody was in uniform, the food was good nice and fresh. I enjoyed my experience today“

You can tell she really cares about making sure customers are taken care of and have a great experience. She goes above and beyond with her service, and it makes such a difference. “Chipotle’s food and service doesn’t tend to vary much between locations from Garden of the Gods/Austin Bluffs to the North end of town from my experience. This location is clean, and the food as well as the service are both good. Nothing amazing, but what you would expect from Chipotle.
Parking: Parking on the west side of the building is off the shopping center entrance/exit, but no issue parking or reversing at the time of day I parked there.“
“Can't say enough good things about this location. When I went, Eian was the manager and he was always chatting with customers, ask how they were, and connecting with everyone in the building. He also made sure they were running a good operation and everything was moving along quickly. If the line was all the way to the door, you would still be out of there in 10 minutes tops.“
“The food tasted like it was freshly prepared, and it was ready quickly. The restaurant wasn't overly cold like it can be in restaurants especially in the summer. The music was fun and not overly loud. The food service people seemed to work well as a team, were professional, efficient, and friendly.
Parking: There were plenty of places to park, even if it wasn't necessarily right in front of the restaurant.
Wheelchair accessibility: There was wheelchair accessibility, and I'm pretty sure there was a handicap accessible restroom.“
“I had an issue with my order and could not get the chipotle "chat with pepper" to connect. I went back to the store and the manager came over to remake my order even stopping what she was doing to help. She was so kind and fixed my order right away. Never had a better chipotle experience.“
“If you make fun of chipotle for their tiny cheap portions, that's fair. But this chipotle goes insane. This was a digital order too, not even an in person order. This is the least stingy chipotle I've ever. Ngl working here kind of sucked, but it's one of the best locations I've ever been to.“
