Went out on a limb...Having NM roots, I've been fortunate enough to experience some of the best NM cuisine prepared by parents, aunts/uncles, grandparents, great aunts/uncles, and the gamut of family acquaintances/gatherings.Suffice it to say, this is some friggin good NM-style cuisine. I had the adobada tacos, and I couldn't be happier with my choice.Take it from me...you won't be disappointed.1 Love!
Always the best food around. Many folks try to create good Mexican food in Colorado, but nobody gets it done like Mira Sol! Great service with awesome chile!!!! The Christmas enchiladas have to be the world's best!!!!

LOVE this food truck. Amazing selection and anything you get is delicious. I recommend the smothered stuffed sopapila! Their hot, fresh chips and salsa are the bee's knees to snack on while waiting on your meal. The family/owners of this truck are just the sweetest. Come check and support them out at different local breweries, especially Goatpatch!
