“Classic oyster bar with a fun atmosphere (crayons and a paper table top?) and top notch food. I wanted to cry happy tears when I tasted the raw oysters. It was so delicious and was just the pick me up I needed today. Our waiter was also such a delight and lifted my spirits the moment we walked in.“

“This was our very first time visiting Rib & Chop, and Father’s Day felt like the perfect occasion to surprise my dad with finally getting to try it after mentioning it for some time. Unfortunately, while parts of our experience were great, several issues made it less than ideal. ⭐️ The Highlights: First and foremost, our server Max was absolutely SUPERB—kind, attentive, quick, and knowledgeable. The hostess (whose name I sadly didn’t catch) was also wonderful—gracious, helpful, and quick to step in when needed. Their service was ABOVE AND BEYOND was definitely a bright spot of our visit! ⸻ 🚫 The Not-So-Great: Spilling Incident: Another server (a woman with a low bun and a neck tattoo) brought out our appetizers. While handing a plate to my dad, she accidentally knocked over his beer, which spilled all over my mom and caused quite a scene as my mom yelped from how cold the drink was and drenched she became in it. I understand trying to joke about it to lighten the mood even though my mom was clearly upset, uncomfortable, and soaking wet, but the server had the AUDACITY to BLAME IT ALL ON MY DAD! And NOT ONCE DID SHE APOLOGIZE!! THAT was what upset us the most and made this experience unsettling. Max, even though he wasn’t involved and likely didn’t witness the spill, rushed over immediately, apologized profusely, and helped clean up. His professionalism surpassed that of the other server. Mistakes happen—but failing to take responsibility in a service role is disappointing. We seriously considered boxing up our meals and leaving, but my mom encouraged us to stay. Manager Ryan came by while I was in the restroom and apparently apologized and offered to cover the cost of my mom’s dry cleaning. ⸻ Bathroom Issue: While my mom was in the restroom for over 20 minutes trying to clean herself up, I also needed to use the restroom—only to find no toilet paper in either stall. I asked two separate staff members over the course of 10–15 minutes, but no one responded quickly. Finally, the hostess walked by while asking the final employee, and she immediately turned around to handle it herself. She apologized sincerely, and I truly appreciated her urgency and kindness. ⸻ 🍽 Food Feedback: • Steak: I requested medium, but it was served well done and tough. Thankfully, Max noticed and had it remade right away. The second steak was fantastic—juicy, tender, and cooked perfectly. • Rice: Both of my parents ordered the wild rice, but it tasted burnt, like it came from the bottom of the pot… • Appetizers: We tried the Bang’n Salmon and the crab-stuffed mushrooms—both were flavorful and well-seasoned. • Entrees at the table included: • Surf & Turf • Turf & Turf with ribs • Chicken Broccoli Alfredo • Brown Sugar Salmon We also decided to try the carrot soufflé, which is now my dad’s new favorite dish. ⸻ 👏 Final Impressions: At the end of our meal, another manager, Chase, stopped by to speak with us. Despite being new to management, he handled the conversation with poise, professionalism, and genuine care. He informed us that our entire bill had been taken care of, which we were deeply grateful for. ⸻ Overall: While the drink spill incident cast a shadow over our visit, Max, the hostess, and both managers genuinely did their best to turn things around. Some food items were a hit, others missed the mark. I’m not sure the rest of my family will be back anytime soon, but if Max is working, I might give Rib & Chop another try.“

“When we arrived we had a 5 minute wait; as we were sitting a server entered and began their shift full of energy. His name was Tyler and ended up actually being our server for the evening. He made our dinner extra special and was very personalble and attentive. Tyler's exceptional service should be recognized and his table service used as an example for others.“

“Bonny and Read's never disappoints! We always have excellent food and excellent service. The drinks are great, too and honestly this restaurant is very reasonably priced for this level of dining. Parking downtown can be a challenge, but thankfully there's a parking garage right across the street!“

I'm from Savannah GA the low country of GA nothing but swamps marshes beaches etc.. nothing compares to seafood down south . n I can get more food for way cheaper. it's pricey for the low portions n the fries taste cheap for $20 at least make homemade fries n use more toppings on the lobster fries the fish I didn't care for either . it's better food than most in Colorado springs but do take your prices down it don't cost that much to make y'all make I promise you I been in the kitchen since I was 12 but this is Colorado .“

I appreciated that when I said no hush puppies, they offered breadsticks instead—a thoughtful touch I haven’t experienced at other locations. It really makes me feel like I’m getting the full value of my meal. Before, I would just toss the hush puppies, but now, thanks to Captain D’s, I can enjoy my meal without waste. Very kind eyes and a sincere passion for excellence.He continued to check on us throughout the evening ensuring our overall experience met expectations. Liz was our server. Everything she recommended was perfect! She is knowledgeable, professional yet still personable. My husband and I felt special and cared for. We stepped out of our comfort zone and tried the Elk and Buffalo….definitely going back. The food , service and atmosphere are worth EVERY dollar!“

“We just ordered a pretty large pick up order for Caldo Rez, Birria (shredded beef, not goat) tacos, barbacoa street tacos, a smothered burrito, and some sides and oh my goodness is this place worth it!!!!

All the homemade salsas, consommé is exactly as it should be. The broth for the Caldo Rez.. i could drink alone.
Cannot wait to try the pazole! My husband said his pickup was wonderful. Thank you Maria’s taco shop for some traditional food!“

“We have another wonderful experience at this Red Lobster location. We enjoy the atmosphere, food and service. The first time we went, the Manager Tim went table to table to make sure everyone was satisfied with their meal. This last time our waitress Sha're was delightful and entertaining! Our meal was perfect again so I have no doubt we'll be back.“

“Went for Valetines day and was very disappointed. We booked with the manager herself and was told if we did not show we would be charged. We arrived and had to wait 90 plus minutes and they cared less. Beware they added a 3% mandatory hospitality fee and a 20% mandatory gratuity. All in all, they persuaded us not to return. 100% focus seemed to be on the business thier profits and minimal to us the patrons. We cued in the waiting area with others who also seemed to be waiting like us for thier over selling.“

“I truly only review if it’s SUPER good or SUPER bad. I’m honestly so shocked at the overall review. We’ve spent time in San Diego so we know good Chinese food and THIS is GOOD Chinese food!!! the prices are reasonable and the food is incredible every single time we order!
