“I had an awesome experience at Insomnia Cookies in Colorado Springs thanks to Lexi! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with genuine energy and a big smile that immediately made the place feel more welcoming. You can tell she really enjoys what she does and takes pride in making sure customers leave happy.
Lexi went above and beyond with her service — she helped me pick out the best cookie combo and even made sure everything came out warm and fresh. She was super friendly, patient, and clearly knows the menu inside and out. It’s rare to find someone that attentive and upbeat late at night, but Lexi kept the whole vibe positive and fun.
Overall, she made my visit way better than I expected. Great cookies, but even better customer service — Lexi is the kind of employee who makes you want to come back again. Insomnia Cookies is lucky to have her representing them!“

“This is one of our favorite Indian restaurants. We had Chicken 65, Saag Paneer, and Garlic Naan for dinner and everything was so flavorful. They use chicken thighs for the entree and it was so moist and juicy. They didn't double check when we asked for "hot" dishes, and they came out very spicy. Just like we like it!!“

“Love this place so much! I’m not usually a fan of chain restaurants but my favorite thing about this place is the fact that they source locally as much as they can. We have been here a few times now and every single time it has been great. The food and service are consistently good. Every server we have had was amazing. I used to work in restaurant industry for years so I notice the little things. I love to see multiple managers on the floor talking to customers, refilling drinks, running food. One server I have to point out is Jennifer, she’s never actually been our server but always remembers us, specifically my daughter who was having a meltdown one day and she offered to bring her a bowl of fruit. And we weren’t even in her section. Great service, thank you!“

“Wait time went by faster than quoted! Fad, friendly service. Coffee is the best I have had and refills were perfectly timed. Will definitely be dropping by to buy a bag to brew at home. All menu items were delicious and filling. I bought additional giant cinnamon rolls to share with absent family members. So GOOD!“

Pair that with their delicious Cuban sandwich, and you’ve got comfort food at its best. Plus, Shuga’s has a gorgeous patio that makes the whole experience even better. “This was such an excellent meal and all around experience!! 😍 we had the pan seared chicken dumplings that had excellent flavor, the lentil soup was super light and tasty. I got the korma with lamb and the flavor was rich and had depth, highly recommend it. My friend had the Sherpa combo that had tikka masala chicken, curry, and the rice pudding and it was all fantastic! My favorite was the saag, super flavorful without being overly spicy and it mixed well with everything. The mango lashi is an absolute must try as well. 10 stars highly recommend this restaurant!“

UT is so flavorful, and so GOOD at balancing their flavors! “Our brunch experience was one of the best of my life! The Bloody Mary’s were sooooo good - and the food even better. My husband got the Eggs Benedict and it’s the best he’s ever had! I got the pork belly hash and it was the BOMB. But what made me happiest was the butter and honey jam that came with my toast. That’s the best I’ve ever had!!! We absolutely loved this place. I wish I had pictures because the presentation is on point!“

“One of my favorite little neighborhood spots! Great staff, always very friendly. And some great drinks I just tried the “don’t drink the yellow snow“ on their specialty cocktail menu, it’s made with a local distillery’s Rocky Mountain Sunshine vodka - which is lemon and wildflower honey. So good! The breakfast burrito is served all day, and it’s delicious. Very much recommend this place.“

“We’re currently visiting my sister and her family in Colorado Springs, and decided to eat brunch together here. I was beyond impressed! My 2 year old (who will be 3 next week) has multiple food allergies. Normally going out to eat is a tough experience. Our server was so nice and when I mentioned allergies her response was “oh we take food allergies seriously, let me make sure that item is a safe food.” Not only was it the very first time he was able to order off of a kids menu (normally we feel lucky to get him one or two items ale carte), but the food came out with a “ALLERGY” flag in it which made us all feel safer about him eating it. He loved the meal, no allergic reaction, and the service/wait staff was FANTASTIC. I can’t wait to go back the next time we visit. 🥰“

“My wife and I stopped here before going to Garden of the Gods while in town for a conference. Based on reviews, we expected a good sandwich, but what we got was an amazing experience in every way! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, the food is delicious, and to top it off, we sat at the humble patio in the back and enjoyed the view of Pikes Peak and the surrounding mountains while we ate. My wife is gluten-free and the locally made gluten free bread they use is incredible. Highly recommend!“

“One of the best vegan food places in the nation!! They had different owners a while back, which didn’t care about their customers, but these owners have great customer service and have always listened to the customers on what they want. It has a family oriented feel to it and lots of great options for people who are vegan! Many of my non-vegan friends love it too, especially the burgers!!!“
