“Popped into Cava with the intentions of getting a very fresh, very tasty Greek Salad, topped with gyro meat, and was instantly informed that gyro meat is NOT available. The chicken that came with the salad was delish, and all the vegetables were super-fresh and also delish. Both Jason and Alex were consummate professionals and management should know that, despite me waving cash in their faces (in an obnoxious way, as only a gyro-meat-deprived customer might do), they REFUSED to accept my offer of a gratuity and, instead, encouraged me to return soon. “I am gf so i cant find sandwiches anywhere- except Ike’s. I LOVE that they have vegan cheese, pesto, avocado, artichoke hearts, and a vegan dirty sauce. They load it up so i don’t find myself missing anything! Updated from previous review on 2026-08-22“

“Went to Hashtag on 08/30/2026 for breakfast and drinks with two friends. We were seated quickly and received amazing service from our server Linda! She constantly checked on us and made sure everyone's food and experience was great! Sophia, another server, also checked on our table and was awesome as well. Overall the customer service was a 10/10, the food was delicious, the restaurant was nice and clean. There isn't a single negative thing I can say about our breakfast at Hashtag!“

“I was born in along Island New York. I am a foodie and love to cook, and love to cook Pizza…and I am shocking myself saying this, but this Mod Pizza is the best Pizza in Colorado. I have tried all the others, all the NY…they may be trendy, but as far as portions of ingredients and crisp and flavor and price- this is the best pizza in CO and no other comes even close.“

“We used to drive locally to castle rock venue but I was referred to this location in highlands ranch and the entire check list was demonstrably superior The place was ten times nicer ambiance and tastefully decorated and modern. Above all a very clean and well kept restaurant We had a fantastic hibachi chef. We got a sudden birthday disco like lighting surprise for my wife. The food was immaculate for all concerned. Our party of 8 truly had a wonderful time We would all strongly recommend it“
