“I placed an order for delivery and it said my order was picked up but after an hour of waiting I never received it. I called DoorDash and they were giving me the runaround saying I needed to wait longer so I called the store. After speaking with the manager Collin he called DoorDash himself and got my order redelivered within 20 mins. He was so great and that’s how customer service should be! Thank you to the manager who helped me!“

“I frequent this location and love the sandwiches. This particular visit fell a little short with the food quality; the bread was super hard and stiff almost burnt. I called and spoke with Mason and he remembered me and was very polite, professional and hospitable. He apologized and offered to make a new sandwich. When I arrived he greeted me with a smile and was again very professional and apologized. The remade sandwich was made very promptly. Mason, hats off to your problem solving, professionalism, and hospitality, keep it up!“

“I have been to this subway locations many times. Though my sandwiches have been decent, they have been wildly inconsistent.

Sometimes you get very little vegetables and sometimes you get a decent amount. Same goes with the meat.

Service is the same, I seen where we had excellent service other times it’s one person with a long line (and seen it where a person in the back not helping also)

Quantity of the ingredients has mostly been the same since I have gone here. Every so often it has dropped. I have had horrible stale chips however from here also.

I can’t say oh this is a great subway. You never know what you will get. When it has been good it’s been great, when it’s been not so much it’s noticeable for sure.“

“The food here is Always fresh.. staff is really great! They are extremely helpful .. they are quick and they are accurate... 1000000 percent they deserve a raise!!!

The only two ways to improve this restaurant is.... Have napkins and utensils to eat with either readily available where the customers can reach them or always offer them.....

Secondly, handicap seating is disrespectful! I'm in a wheelchair so all of your tables being so far off of the ground is unacceptable... I'm also a bariatric patient so if you offered at least one but I'd probably say you should have three longer tables that had wide chairs with no rails on them for bariatric patrons, you'd have a whole new audience in here... I'm play bariatric patient and I would like to also say that being a part of this program I am one of 159,000 members... That's 159000 potential customers in the Denver metro area... Are you really willing to not consider them?
Lastly there are healthy options for those who are well informed... However, for beginners or people who don't really know what they are looking to buy you could reach an entire customer base by having a bariatric friendly menu... I've already lost 280 before weight loss surgery... Could you imagine if someone were smart enough to have followed my journey, and made me a spokesperson??? I could've help make an entire brand take off running! I have so many ideas as to how people are not being served... And a lot of real-world experience that should be utilized to make a menu change nation wide... Food for thought corporate...“

“I was visiting Denver on business for the first time in 20 years and got lunch here.
The shop was bustling at 1pm on a weekday, great atmosphere. Very friendly people running the shop, presumably the owners. I got the fried Chicken Bahn mi , and an iced coffee.
The slab of meat in The sandwich was enormous. For me personally, it overpowered the rest of the things in the sandwich, and needed balance. I'd have preferred to get about half that much fried Chicken. But, far better to get too much than too little. The pickled veggies were yummy. The sandwich itself was very filling. The iced coffee, I tried to explain to the man at the register that I did not want sugar in it. He kept asking less sweet? And I said yes. No sweet. Unfortunately he did not understand me and it was still super sweet. But again, excellent flavor and overall I really liked the feeling of the cafe. Definitely would visit again, but would get a different kind of bahn mi next time, and try harder to explain no sugar in the iced coffee.“

“Fabulous Porchetta, though a touch salty. The pastor fries were divine. The original sandwich was good, but could have used a little acid to balance out the fat. It's nice to hang out on Tight End's patio since they kinda sorta share space. Very glad to have finally tired to this place and intend to return to try more!“
