I just enjoyed a really nice dinner at SaltGrass Rockwall. excellent service- his 2nd shift on the floor!!! Attentive, polite, knowledgeable! I ordered the 8 oz sirloin, house salad, green beans. Glass of cabernet. Salad came out quickly. Cold, crisp, nice blue cheese dressing. I ordered the top sirloin, medium rare+. It was perfectly cooked. Juicy, lots of flavor! Tender.
