Steakhouses in Cripple Creek, CO

“This was a wonderful dining experience that happened on our 51st wedding anniversary on 09/21/2026. The steak dinner was perfect and we were very lucky to have a wonderful young man named Colson as our server, waiter. This guy is beyond anything you could ever ask for during a dining experience. He was attentive, friendly, and just a delight young man. We will definitely make Saltgrass our date place because of Colson. The other employees were very good also, but Colson just stood out in full excellence. The food was awesome also. Thank you Saltgrass for being here!!!“
