“Our server, Medina, was amazing!!! My daughter and I ordered chicken Caesar salad and some wings to try and have a quick bite before our next flight and were in a bit of a rush, and she was ON IT! Food served fast, was fresh and delicious, and Medina topped off our drinks and got us lids for our drinks, and to-go boxes as she recognized we were getting closer to the time we needed to board. The restaurant was packed but she took such great care of us, we felt like the only ones there. Don’t ever lose her! She is a great asset to your team! God Bless!“

“we were in the area for a mini vacation (my sister and i). initially we were walking to the brunch nearby but as we were passing by, we changed our minds and went in. after seeing the cowboys game on, we sat down near the TV it was on. I asked if it was possible to change the TV behind my sister as well since we will be sitting across from one another. it was playing the Olympics races and nobody was watching (1 booth other than us and 4 people bar top). after it was changed, we ordered our food and drinks. a kitchen staff joked about the cowboys with friendly bantar before returning to the kitchen. shortly after, the general manager (I was unaware at the time) came from the kitchen and changed it again. I said excuse me several times to him and got 0 acknowledgement. the bartender shrugged his shoulders and looked away from me. I spoke to Anthony as there wasn't much time left on the game. Anthony attempted to talk to him and he said there were people watching the game. the game which was not put on until AFTER we requested the change. while I'm not one to sweat small stuff, I work in customer service and with 6 mins left on a preseason game, what's the harm? at least acknowledge me when I speak to you. let's come to an agreement. instead, I turned my chair around and waited to eat the appetizers sitting behind me on the table until the game was over (a whopping 4 mins) I don't get time to catch many games, was on vacation and wasn't being rude about it. i love sports and trust, I would've been stoked to catch the baseball game he changed it to AFTER the football game. and I would've been the only customer paying attention then too. so finally I was loud and thanked Anthony for his friendly demeanor and caring about his customers. I said it very loudly since I could not get acknowledgement when speaking politely and directly to him. what do ya know? now we hear me in the kitchen and have plenty to say. with music playing and food being prepared no less! I enjoyed the food. probably the best wings I've had in ages! the beer cheese soup was delicious. I enjoyed our waiter's customer care. without him, we would've walked out. food is top notch. caring about customers, not entirely priority. we don't visit often so it isn't a huge loss that we won't be returning because of one person. Definitely ask for Anthony if you do go!“

Upon arrival for brunch, My other friend and I received a warm welcome and prompt seating. Our waitress Erika and her assistant were exceptionally kind and attentive. Imagine my surprise when I entered the wine bar at Satchel’s with a group of friends to be seated for a wedding luncheon that began with the first of seven tasting courses of food that was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious! Andrew, the chef/owner, is not only innovative with ingredients, but he and his staff really care about their customers’ pleasure and comfort. If I am ever able to return to the Denver area again, Satchel’s will be my first go-to destination. The luncheon was 1st class all the way.“

Jeremy gave us some of the best service we’ve ever had. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel celebrated throughout our entire meal. He anticipated everything we needed without ever being overbearing, offered great recommendations, and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table.

“Be aware they are now charging a “service charge”. It’s was not noted on the menu nor did the server inform us of the charge. The only reason I found out is I requested a printed receipt. The receipt recommended an additional tip be between 2-7% on top of the charge. Yet when I paid the machine prompted an additional 15 or 18% tip so I tipped 18 even tho our service was bad cuz I use to be a server. The unfortunate part is I didn’t look at the receipt for over a week after I visited. I’m very disappointed that I’m being charged a “service fee” and at no time was it ever brought to my attention that this is a new thing.“

I always order my bun on the side, but I didn’t even have to because they have an amazing burger bowl option for any of their burgers. Another thing I loved: when you order fries, you can choose a single or double portion instead of being forced into getting two sides. “It's been years since we had been to a Cracker Barrel and boy were we pleasantly surprised. From the hostess who greeted us to our server Riley to the manager who checked on us we were blown away by the 5 star service. Add to that the delicious food was awesome and cooked to perfection! There were great options, including options on the healthier side up to full on comfort good that might not be good for you but tastes so good!
Riley was great at checking on us, refilling drinks and making suggestions.

“I reserved a seat at the bar! The place was fancy and beautiful. The jazz band was amazing and really classy. David’s group was inspiring, and the piano player blew me away with cool chords and original songs. The service was awesome, and the drinks were top-notch. Great place! 🎹“
