I have been to Ay Papi twice now and can't wait to go back. These was a plethora of rum drink options included a rum old fashioned and pinacolada. The pinacolada was small but packed a punch! It was thick and hit fast, made me want to be on a beach! The appetizer of cheese with a papaya sauce served with plantains was unique and delicious. I was apprehensive to come because of other reviews, but my friend insisted that I give it a shot. I’m grateful I listened to her because we had a great time! Service, drinks, and food were all excellent.

The staff was super attentive and kind. The drinks were good. It is very packed in there especially the later it gets and it is noisy. I would not go without a reservation. You are unable to sit at the tables without one and the bar seating is limited.
