“Norma Jean was awesome, not only was she the bartender but she was the only employee working besides the cook, who also did an awesome job. Norma had a full bar of people and serviced everyone with a smile. She did an outstanding job running the whole bar! In fact because some customers saw that she working alone, got up and left. “This is out go-to restaurant as a family with two kids (3 and 7) when we connect through Denver. The burritos (in particular the carnitas) are large and very tasty. The kids menu is reasonably priced and good portion sized. The service is fast and friendly. Also, it’s on the Mezzanine in Terminal A so isn’t as busy or a zoo like other areas and has space for the kids to run around. Highly recommend.“

“Great place. EXCEPT they need some regular tables towards the front. The only ones they have now is back in the kiddy section. I took a handicapped lady who can't use the high drinker's tables. The kid section was full. We were forced to go down the street.“

“Atmosphere was definitely eclectic. It was very clean and the food was fantastic. Toys and drinks. Also good options staff was friendly. They came out fairly quickly with the portions. Bathrooms were a bit odd. Plenty of seating for the outside. It was a fairly large place with definitely seating for large groups. Even though it wasn’t my style it is a great place to check out. The truffle fries and fried pickles were both great choices. We had their apple cider. Also which game called and was great.“

“Great old neighborhood bar! Not even a hint of chain restaurants! Near Ft Logan, so it became a gathering spot for family ahead of a weekday service there.

The simple menu is well executed, and I had the Colorado Sunrise burger cooked to a perfect medium rare. Very tasty!! The whole crew of 13 enjoyed their food, and the staff gave us great service right through our surprise early rush.“

Unfortunately, during the capital one bank blackout last month, I wasn't able to pay my tab, and when I went back to pay my tab, the male bartender told another man to ban me from the bar. Unfortunate, but don't let it stop you from checking out this fun karaoke place. The tab was $11, by the way.“

“We went to 1up on a Saturday night; it wasn't super busy but the arcade space isn't huge compared to the other locations. There was no wait at the bar and it was easy enough to navigate the crowds despite groups standing around in the middle of the floor. There is an ATM that will change your cash into tokens (NOT quarters) and you can add a $20 bag of tokens into your tab at the bar if you don't have cash, so they've made it super accessible to play.

The games themselves are in varying states of condition. I saw one out of order game, one of the shooters seemed like it was on its way out when we played it, and another shooter ate a bunch of our quarters. Luckily the bartender gave us some tokens to pay back what the machine got.

If you're in the area and want something to do, I recommend this spot. If you're seeking out an arcade and have the means to go to one of their other locations, you'll have a much bigger selection.“

“we were in the area for a mini vacation (my sister and i). initially we were walking to the brunch nearby but as we were passing by, we changed our minds and went in. after seeing the cowboys game on, we sat down near the TV it was on. I asked if it was possible to change the TV behind my sister as well since we will be sitting across from one another. it was playing the Olympics races and nobody was watching (1 booth other than us and 4 people bar top). after it was changed, we ordered our food and drinks. a kitchen staff joked about the cowboys with friendly bantar before returning to the kitchen. shortly after, the general manager (I was unaware at the time) came from the kitchen and changed it again. I said excuse me several times to him and got 0 acknowledgement. the bartender shrugged his shoulders and looked away from me. I spoke to Anthony as there wasn't much time left on the game. Anthony attempted to talk to him and he said there were people watching the game. the game which was not put on until AFTER we requested the change. while I'm not one to sweat small stuff, I work in customer service and with 6 mins left on a preseason game, what's the harm? at least acknowledge me when I speak to you. let's come to an agreement. instead, I turned my chair around and waited to eat the appetizers sitting behind me on the table until the game was over (a whopping 4 mins) I don't get time to catch many games, was on vacation and wasn't being rude about it. i love sports and trust, I would've been stoked to catch the baseball game he changed it to AFTER the football game. and I would've been the only customer paying attention then too. so finally I was loud and thanked Anthony for his friendly demeanor and caring about his customers. I said it very loudly since I could not get acknowledgement when speaking politely and directly to him. what do ya know? now we hear me in the kitchen and have plenty to say. with music playing and food being prepared no less! I enjoyed the food. probably the best wings I've had in ages! the beer cheese soup was delicious. I enjoyed our waiter's customer care. without him, we would've walked out. food is top notch. caring about customers, not entirely priority. we don't visit often so it isn't a huge loss that we won't be returning because of one person. Definitely ask for Anthony if you do go!“

“Happy St. Patrick's Day! We came to our local spot to celebrate. Our day bartender was Rachael, & for some reason, the company only scheduled her to bartend on one of the biggest drinking days of the year. But! She killed it! She's one of the hardest working bartenders we've seen! She's always cheerful & kind, always remembers orders & always gives great service, even when very busy. It was a circus in there today, & she never stopped!At night, Shannon was a joy to see! Shannon is also an excellent bartender. Both women are major reasons why we've been coming to the Hound for years. Excellent day!“

“Everything. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and lovely. Every staff member I met was kind and gracious and seemed genuinely happy to be working there. The hotel itself is ideally located and the lobby is cozy and feels classy and warm. There is a downstairs lounge area that was frequently empty where friends could gather, read, work, or play pool. The restaurant Harry’s has the most amazing food - I highly recommend the 1910 grilled cheese and tomato soup, with the black truffle fries on the side. Wow. I will never be the same. The hotel is dog friendly, which I love, and people friendly. We had coffee in the lobby in the morning, snacks in the afternoon, and cookies and milk in the evenings. My room was cleaned every day. This was the BEST experience I have had since before Covid and I will always choose this hotel when I am in Denver from now on.“

“I used to live in this area over 20 years ago. Back then, this place was "THE Place" to go after a long day at work. For me, It was exciting to see this long time Established neighborhood staple Still Open!! The sentimental nostalgia mixed with curiosity lured me in. It was around 10 pm on a weekend evening, at about half capacity, it felt as if i was among mostly regulars, the Pool Tables were all occupied, the beer was ICE? cold!???The Bartender was friendly, very aware, and professional! ?‍??Prices were what is expected in today's market. I would come back for the service alone!? If you're in the neighborhood stop in for a cold one! I will always choose to support my local small businesses first when i have a choice.“

“Had an Aussie Rules Football watch party there and the food and wait staff were incredible. There are a lot of burgers out there, but their Bourbon Trail burger seriously could have been the best burger I've had. Wait staff kept the beers coming without delay and were friendly. We also appreciated the kitchen being open quite late.“

“This place was a super rad bar in downtown Denver! They had so many pool tables and other games to entertain ourselves with. It also seemed to be a popular bar to go to, even on a Sunday night. The crowd appeared to be super chill and friendly. I would definitely go back another time if I was in the area.“

“So i haven’t eaten today and decided to DoorDash pizzas for tonight and one for tomorrow. The cheese pizza is to die for. Incredibly delicious.

I’m usually hesitant on buying pizza from non pizza places but this was an exception. The crust was good (which is rare for pizza places), wasn’t burnt in any way, and the sauce was fresh. Just an amazing pizza all around.

Excited to try other things from this place.
