Staying in Denver for the weekend from out of town and stumbled upon Boombots for a late night Friday night dinner. The menu was small but mighty with adventurous and creative flare!
We started with oysters, both East and West coast…what a treat and extra flavorful. Then my boyfriend and I shared the Stroganoff and the Agnolotti. Outstanding!
Trendy slightly upscale feel to the interior, but welcoming. Must try!!
