Staying in Denver for the weekend from out of town and stumbled upon Boombots for a late night Friday night dinner. The menu was small but mighty with adventurous and creative flare!
We started with oysters, both East and West coast…what a treat and extra flavorful. Then my boyfriend and I shared the Stroganoff and the Agnolotti. Outstanding!
Trendy slightly upscale feel to the interior, but welcoming. Must try!!

Being an Odi B's regular I knew Boombots was going to be fantastic but it still managed to exceed expectations! First off, shout out to having a delicious NA spritz on the happy hour menu for us sober folk. It tasted so dang refreshing, especially with the summer heat.
