Burger King in Denver

“Honestly one of my favorite Burger Kings to visit. The staff is what pushes this restaurant beyond the rest. I can park my semi truck in the front, they are 24hr. I come in for my breakfast sandwich. Somehow the gal at the counter with the beautiful smile, doesn't speak all that great of English but always remembers my name as I walk in. I only make it here maybe 3 times a month so it shows that they care about the people coming and going. My order is always fresh and hot and ready in minutes. They make my day start off great!“

“We ordered on DoorDash, and as a service employee, I know that real people are behind the order I eat on my couch.

Now, I'm not typically one to write a review, and I also know the foot traffic that comes from a positive review. The food I got was absolutely incredible, fresh, warm, and every single alteration was perfect and accounted for. I've never had this kind of service from a fast food restaurant, it's fast. It's not expected to be perfect every time. This time it was, and I hope this goes to the manager because this staff deserves a shoutout!“

“I usually just do the drive thru especially after covid but on the occasions that I go in everything was just fine. Nice hot fries cold sodas on tap and not to mention that flame broiled burger , mouth is watering , i think im gonna go get some now 😋“

“I came here for lunch a few days ago and decided to eat inside. The restaurant was clean and quiet. My impossible burger was delicious. The fries were hot and the drink was wonderful. The people working there had smiles on their face and it was overall just a really pleasant experience.
I will be back to eat inside!“

“Went here for breakfast, and their breakfast was fantastic! I had the Crossiant Sausage and Egg Sandwich, and it was delicious. I even had another one because I had time. I work at the Derby Bicycle Center up the road from Burger King and didn't have to clock in til 9:00. I got at Burger at 8:15 because I left early.“

“I came for one reason and thats to praise the “You Rule” lady in the mornings! She is the sweetest human being. Always super happy and cheerful and i absolutely appreciate and love that about her. She always is very prompt, professional and simple personable. I literally come on her days just to hear her say “You Rule” lol it makes me giggle with her little adorable voice. We need 500 of her!“

“5 stars. I work down the road, so at this point I’m pretty sure I’m legally considered part of the Burger King staff. Always fast, always friendly, and they somehow never seem tired of seeing me. Great crew they are my go to for breakfast.“

“I had to ask while in the drive thru if the buns were really purple..The worker just as serious as can be no young lady at the optical illusion.. Everyone in car was dying in laughter ..I tried to tip and he refused ..One the greatest drive thru experiences ever .“

“not very often i can say this about fast food......every single item we ordered was fresh and hot and the service was fast and friendly.
it's about 9:30pm on a Monday.

“Robert, the GM at this location was so helpful when the app glitched and defaulted to a different location when I had picked the correct one that I was already at. He made my order anyway and threw in fries. The app has major problems, but this location has super friendly and helpful staff. This is my preferred location for sure! :)“

“Jacky and the drive thru team are awesome!! Great fast service friendly! Helped us with doing a bundle instead of paying more for ala cart. Didn't know about the 2 for $5. And the ice cream machine it's working oreo shakes yummm. Thank you!!!“

“We all know that Burger King doesn’t always have the most consistent quality. I have never had this problem at this location. I work nearby and order for lunch a few times a week.

My items are always fresh quality and do not seem old or sat out. Fried items are crispy, whoppers are assembled well and always a good temperature.

While frequently busy, employees are still kind and able to take orders and get food out quickly.

The lobby is never a mess. There’s always plenty of the paper crowns out. Soda machine has never been down, and they have two for if a flavor is out at one which is convenient.

If a manager is reading this, I’m always asked if I want the proper upcharges such as cheese on a whopper or a bigger drink. This doesn’t effect my experience as much, but order takers always say everything they’re required to such as thanking me and giving me a receipt.

This is a good location that I’m grateful to have available as a consistent, good, and fast option for my 30 minute lunch breaks.“

“I had a really great experience at Burger King thanks to Eric! He provided amazing customer service and genuinely looked like he enjoys his job, which made the visit even better. The food came out fresh and hot, and everything was just right. Employees like Eric make a big difference!“

“Late night, getting food for my four grandchildren. Didn't feel well so I drove to Burger King/Tower Road. My Google Wallet was not working, they were very busy. I was asked by Abraham, very nice and professional manager if I could pull ahead due to the line of people waiting a d return to try again to pay. After trying to return 3 times to try and make tap to pay work. Abraham said Ms. It's okay, pull in the waiting area and I will help you. That was so awesome to meet a gentleman who cared and help me with my situation. 10 plus to you Abraham and your staff. Thanks for caring, may you be Blessed for your patience, empathy and caring.
