Denver ChopHouse is a restaurant with great service and a dimly lit atmosphere. The burger was decent, but the fries were great. The margarita was amazing, and the steak was undercooked but enjoyable. The steak & eggs breakfast was incredible, with perfectly cooked steak and ideal country fries. Melanie, the server, made the experience even better. The highlight was the wedge salad, and the service from Melanie was exceptional. The bar seating had TVs showing sports games. Overall, a good experience worth returning for.
