The food was excellent, I had a palisade peach cruffin and my sister had a savory leek and cheese pastry. I got a strawberry matcha with unsweetened powder and it was lovely, an example of what real matcha should be. There was a guy taking a meeting next to me which was decently loud, but obviously not the business’ fault.
Tasty, quick, quaint. Plenty of space.

Elemental Bakery & Coffeehouse offers excellent food and drinks. The bakery items are so good, and the coffee is delicious. The palisade peach cruffin, savory leek and cheese pastry, and foccacia sandwich are highlights. The strawberry matcha and iced latte are lovely, and the sourdough is fantastic. The helpful staff provide attentive customer service. However, the use of paper and plastic instead of glass and ceramic mugs is disappointing, as it takes away from the unique cafe experience. One of the best coffee shops in Denver. Highly recommend the sweet treats.
