I was a little concerned about the low rating on Google, but I've been twice now and it's perfectly serviceable.
I'm not sure what most of these reviews are on about, but the food was perfectly serviceable for 15 bucks each plate. Sure, it's not gourmet, but I was fueled up and ready for more exploration after my chicken nachos. Milage may vary, but we were satisfied.

We expected to pay higher prices since Hello Food is inside Meow Wolf, but we also expected better attention to detail.
One meal was ordered without cheese and still came out with cheese. Another person specifically asked what came on their dish because of dietary restrictions and was not told it included sour cream. They returned it to be remade, and the replacement was still incorrect. When guests are asking about ingredients for dietary reasons, accuracy is essential.
