Having recently dined in both Seville and Barcelona, I can confidently say Heretik holds its own when it comes to Spanish cuisine!
The dishes are creative, beautifully executed, and packed with flavor, with each course bringing something unexpected to the table. Easily one of the most memorable meals I’ve had in Denver. And whatever you do, save room for the Basque cheesecake!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed every part of our experience at Heretik from the moment we arrived.
