Great place by a reflection pool outdoors in the gardens. It has local ingredients, healthy options, plant based options, and it’s real tasty! Seriously wish I had a pass to just eat here more often.Vegetarian options: About half veg and a lot can be modified to be.
There are two eateries at The Denver Botanic Garden. Enjoying the beautiful and warm day, we opted for the Hive Garden Bistro that only has outdoor seating. We shared a vegetable sandwich ($14). Expecting a grilled veggie sandwich, we were pleasantly surprised with the raw veggie sandwich of tightly packed lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, onion (no raw sprouts) and a tasty thick aioli.
