As a former loyal customer that has been going to Kona for years, bringing in my business partners, associates and family, for hosting special occasions and even visit different locations around the country, i would never recommend coming here ever again after this low experience. This is a new level of disrespect.

I do not recommend this restaurant. We booked a brunch for Mother’s Day to celebrate with our family (who were visiting from out of state). The service was extremely slow. We were told we could not have coffee because there were no coffee mugs (even though we were there for brunch). The breakfast dishes we ordered came without some of the items stated on the menu ( they later brought them out but we had already almost finished our food).
No kids options for breakfast.
