La Sabrosita is a restaurant known for its delicious street tacos and breakfast items. The street tacos are highly praised and compared to some of the best in the country, while the bacon breakfast burrito is described as heavenly and next level. The owner goes above and beyond to ensure customers are satisfied, even making trips to the store for missing ingredients. Customers have praised the friendly staff, the variety of toppings for the tacos, and the flavorful chorizo breakfast burrito. The owner is described as charismatic and passionate about his food, offering a simple but plentiful menu with classics and a variety of protein choices. Customers have been impressed by the quality of the food, which they say would hold its own even in Los Angeles. The smothered burrito, pastor tacos, and tripa tacos have all been highlighted as exceptional dishes.

Customers have also highlighted the delicious flour tortillas, fantastic homemade chile, and unreal quesadillas. The breakfast burritos and smothered burritos have been praised as the best in town, and the burgers with jalapeño and guacamole have also been mentioned as a highlight.

La Sabrosita is one of the best Mexican food trucks around and has drawn me back a couple times. Everything is made to order so usually it’s about a 10 minute wait for food to come out. Both the steak and shrimp burritos are packed with flavor and a solid portion of the protein. The tacos are also a good option to try out.
A favorite past time of mine is trying food truck breakfast burrito's in the Denver metro. This is easily one of the best around. On several occasions I've brought them to work, friends houses, etc. A crowd pleaser every time. There usually isn't an excessively long wait, but if you call ahead, they'll have it waiting.
Great tasty burritos, that was amazingly priced for its size. Service was very friendly and fast!!!
