Christine was the best barista and makes the cutest pottery!
My friend had her wedding reception here and it was the perfect spot!! The food was delicious, the drinks were reasonably priced (always a nice surprise for a wedding!), and the variety of food and drinks meant there was something for everyone.

Neon Cowboy is an absolute gem and a great addition to the neighborhood, quickly becoming a social hub. The space is cute and comfy with a tastefully executed boho-meets-cowboy theme, featuring white walls, large windows, lovely plants, and good lighting. The vibe is consistently great with good energy. The service is warm, welcoming, and very helpful from lovely and knowledgeable staff.
The offerings are solid and delicious. The coffee is top quality and hits the spot, and the matcha has a perfect hint of sweetness. The food is fresh, flavorful, and impressive, with specific praise for the avocado tartine and the bagel veggie sandwich. The pastry case is always well stocked with fresh pastries. The business also offers great drinks and original, well-priced cocktails, including holiday offerings, thanks to its liquor license. While some find it a bit pricey, the prices are generally considered fair. The location is perfect and the business is a must-go spot, highly recommended for great coffee, food, and a good vibe.
