“Last night we went here and it was awesome! We opted to do the equivalent of the chef‘s table, and let them decide what to bring, and when. It was absolutely amazing and delicious! Definitely creative. The drinks were phenomenal as well. Our favorites were the Hamachi, the off the menu salmon, tartare, the mushroom Ramen soup and the foie gras. ❤️“

“One of my favorite restaurants in Denver. The food is delicious. Every. Single. Time. So much so that I always get a order to go. And, the service is impeccable. In addition to the crappy parking (give yourself at least 10 minutes to drive around), the only downfall, is it's really really, really really loud.“

“Dined at Uncle during Thursday night. Parking would be difficult to find in the area so plan accordingly. We got seated in the bar area and our orders were taken quickly. We ordered duck ramen and bibimbap. Our duck ramen was very tasty with creamy broth and duck meat. However we were hoping the the bibimbap to be hot but it was served to us cold which we were not expecting. Overall definitely recommend Uncle for Ramen.“

“Order a combo pho and got mostly meat 😂 so if you like meat enjoy 😂 the beef spring roll was okay and the egg rolls were crispy. Enjoyed the food overall but probably won't come again because I couldn't finish my food. The pho liquid was clean and savory. Meat in the pho was tender and juicy. Very plentiful. Noodles overall good, just wish I had more noodles.“

“Stopped in for a small snack with my husband to tide us over to dinner while we were in Denver. We had the "water fried" vegan bao, which is a bit more like a dumpling than what I usually think of as bao, but it was tasty and really hit the spot. The location is small, but tidy, and since we were there in the afternoon but before the dinner rush, it was relatively quiet. There was outdoor seating that would presumably be nice in warmer weather, but we stayed indoors because it was cold. Their restroom floor is slightly scary in that it looks a bit unstable and cracked, and it definitely showing some wear and tear, but was otherwise fine. Service was friendly and the food came out pretty quick. If I had more time, I would have liked to stop by at some point to try their vegan Dan Dan Noodles, but we didn't end up having a ton of wiggle room on our trip--maybe next time!“

“Best satay I’ve had in years. Pho is amazing! The two ladies working tonight around 4 when I placed a to go order were so welcoming and friendly. The restaurant is so clean and cozy. My #1 pho spot in Denver and I’m from New Orleans area with great Vietnamese food and fresh seafood. This place could easily be one of the best restaurants I’ve been to for a bowl of pho and a cold beer.“

“I took my girlfriend here for a celebration dinner and it was such a great experience.

The green beans were perfectly done. Our server recommended the shrimp and it was one of the best dishes we had. It was seasoned so well. The wings were also delicious. We wish we could have brought the sauce home. The fish was also amazing. While the salad was good, the other dishes just were so amazing we almost forgot about it.

I can’t wait to come back and have another wonderful meal.“

“Excellent Pad Thai. Very well balanced spice without overpowering amounts of Tamarind. Fresh bean sprouts. Food made by a craftsman! If you want to muscle it up with chili spice the blend they prepared lit the fire. The mango sticky rice for dessert really is memorable.“

“Back on November 6th my wife and I went to this establishment to eat Pho, because it was cold and snowing that day. Little did I know it was going to be the best Pho I ever ate at a restaurant. The portions are huge and the beef is seems to never stop coming out the bowl, service is great as well. If I ever return to Denver this place will be my first stop.“

“Atmosphere is great! Service was excellent! Not loud like most big restaurants. Food was absolutely amazing! Not overly expensive. Make their dumplings fresh. Steak tenderloin and peppers was very good. Outdoor seating area is nice when it is warm. The winter pirk wonton soup is great. I have also never been disappointed with the seasonal vegetables (green beans, broccoli, bok choy). They serve soup dumplings ever so often and totally worth trying if they are available. They have an upstairs that you can reserve for parties as well. I have never been disappointed by anything I get here.“

“I got the black garlic ramen medium spicy and my friend got the tonkatsu ramen spicy and they were both delicious. The serving size was great and the food had fantastic flavor. I wish they had Sapporo or hot sake, that would make it a 5 star for sure. I would highly recommend trying the ramen herr if you are in the area.“

“I've recently had a couple small issues with orders generated from their online ordering service not being completed properly. After the second issue, I filled out their online feedback form. Less than 2 hours later, the manager Heather called me, and was very apologetic and kind. The issue was resolved way beyond my satisfaction. :) I've been eating at this location since it opened, and have only had a few small issues. “Fantastic flavors, fresh ingredients, great service. I stopped in for lunch and had the basil chicken dish. It was the perfect level of spicy and the veggies were rather well balanced with the protein. I always go a bit on the spicier/hotter side and they delivered.

The bartender was very attentive. The atmosphere was quiet and nicely decorated.“

“Great duck bao buns, very nice curry chicken noodle dish (tasted better than it looked - the curry sauce looked a little “lumpy” but it was actually really good). Homemade were nicely done. It was moderately busy and the server forgot about us several times and I had to waive her over each time we needed something. She was friendly but it felt like she either had too many tables or that because we were in the corner we were out of sight and neglected. I’d still recommend going here and it could have just been that particular experience.“

“Today I had lunch at Tora Ramen. I tried a Japanese sandwich, which was a great surprise! It was very innovative and the flavor was incredible. If you're looking for something different, you have to try this sushi sandwich. It's incredible, and it also comes with a choice of a side of adamame or eggplant fries.“

“My colleague and I had a great happy hour experience here while in town for a conference. The French Onion Soup Dumplings, The Pot Stickers, Pork Belly Bao Buns and cocktails were fantastic, the Edamame Dumplings and General Cho’s Soup Dumplings were good as well. We didn’t care for the Wagyu Beef Skewers but that’s just a personal preference. All in all a terrific late lunch, and we will absolutely be back! The staff was terrific and welcoming.“

“Ordered delivery on a Saturday night and food arrived in 30 minutes piping hot! The Sesame chicken is unbelievably good! I’m dreaming of it and can’t wait to have it again. Portions are large and priced fairly. Finding good Chinese food in Denver is hard. Little Dragon is a respectable option.“

“Rolls were amazing and the peanut sauce was tasty too!!! Noodles were good and chicken too, but chicken and veggies were soaked in greecy sauce, I wasn't able to eat as I wanted to, cut my appetite. Would reorder the shrimp and pork rolls again and again!“
