Sankai Sushi is a wonderful gem in the neighborhood with a lovely atmosphere. The restaurant serves great sushi, delicious Asian dishes, and a variety of sushi, along with noodles, soup, and ramen. The food tastes amazing, is fresh, and the portions are ample. The fish does not taste frozen, and the variety is perfect. Sushi is even served on a beautiful boat. The service is excellent, fast, friendly, and professional. The staff is welcoming and always has a smile. One server is especially wonderful, very nice, polite, and friendly, and always makes sure glasses are filled and food comes fast. The restaurant also has real chopsticks instead of the disposable wooden ones and bendy straws. It is recommended for good sushi and good soup, and is considered the best restaurant in Green Valley Ranch and the best sushi restaurant in Colorado. It is a great local sushi spot and a new number one spot.
