I stayed at the Populus hotel and came up to the roof to grab a bite to eat my first night in town and was blown away by the warm welcome, delicious food and amazing atmosphere. Camila the hostess was the best and gave me a mini tour on the way to my bar seat and I loved getting to see the kitchen staff in action with the wood fire. I'm so glad I sat at the bar.
