During my recent visit to the restaurant, I was truly impressed by the exceptional service from waiter Sam and bartender Charli. Sam went above and beyond, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring every meal was perfect, while Charli created exceptional cocktails. IHOP steak is better than this place. Never got our bread. Had reservations and still had to wait over a hour. Half the orders were wrong and didn't come out at the same time
so food was cold by the time everyone got their food. Was charged for items we didn't order or get. They wouldn't fix it. No one in our group of 10 were happy when we left.
