Delicious food! The Queso fundido with Chorizo 🤌🏼 & I loved the Quesabirria Tacos
Highly Recommend Tamayo! Reservations were easy to make online and a great location to boot. The atmosphere and great service thru the whole meal was wonderful. We ordered about 10 plates between 4 of us. EVERY single item was delicious!! Mango Red snapper ceviche was 100/10. Thank you so much for making the first night of our trip to Denver such a memorable one! One of the top 5 restaurants I’ve experienced of all time.

Tamayo By Chef Richard Sandoval is a cute and tasty place to eat. The atmosphere has upscale Latin flavor, with a beautiful mosaic tile mural above the bar that is mesmerizing. The service is attentive, and the food is consistently excellent. The bottomless brunch is totally worth it, with uniquely made dishes like the ceviche and pozole. The signature tamarind Margarita is always a treat. However, the restaurant can be loud for a romantic dinner, and some dishes have had issues like dry meat or overly salty salmon. The vibe varies from a lunchtime business rush to casual evening gatherings. Tamayo is a staple of Denver and a wonderful restaurant to add to a dining itinerary.
