I scanned the QR code on a card for free tasting for 2 people yesterday to make a reservation. I have been trying to visit this tasting room to try their premixed cocktails for several months, but kept running into special events blocking a reservation. We have the Standard Old Fashion to check the benchmark. Great balance between bourbon, bitters, and sweet. I tried a taster of their Manhattan and loved it but our household is an old fashion house. Can't wait to try their handful of other flavours.

I have been going to Uncle Tim’s since day one! What an experience to see him grow from a few bottles to hundreds and still growing. All his new recipes have taken months to complete and are now exploding! Anyone unsure of buying, just come to one of Tim’s many tasting events? My fav is White Negroni and Boulevardier. Keep your eyes open for more products coming out soon….
