is very disappointing to read their response to a customer's dissatisfaction. I had heard great things about this place until I read the review and saw that response. that lets me know the owners. don't care and don't respect. patrons definitely turned off.. also, I did not recommend this place and every time I switch it somehow it's defaulting to recommend and my review is getting edited. can't help but to think this is intentional
Walked in on a Friday afternoon at 4:30. 2 people sitting at the bar, no host and the restaurant was completely empty. A server said see the host while we were walking towards the bar and the place was dead. Not friendly, this place is in my neighborhood and this was the first time we’ve been treated this way by staff at a dead environment. Don’t recommend busy or not.
