“We have found a distinct lack of good vegan food whenever we visit Vail. So we were super happy to find this place on the way back to Denver. I hesitate to order vegan cheese normally because I don’t like the consistency, but several people mentioned it very favorably on Google. I had a Mediterranean pizza on gluten-free crust with vegan cheese, and it was delicious. It was a very loud and rambunctious trivia night when we were there, so we enjoyed the beautiful outside tables underneath the Aspen trees. Totally worth a visit. “Went it today for a cortado with whole milk. It was fairly busy and the baristas gave good service despite it. A little slower than your average shop but that’s only due to the large menu, not the employees fault.

Their espresso is roasted a little dark for my liking but if you like more traditional tasting coffee this is your place. I’m a light roast lover and I crave acidity so it wasn’t exactly for me. Milk texture was on point for being at elevation. Overall well done, just not my personal taste but I know many prefer darker coffee.“

We walked in here for the first time yesterday right after getting married not knowing what to expect, and the staff could not have been more welcoming or gracious. They gave us a private table and helped us celebrate with champagne and dessert. Despite other people dining there, they made us feel like we were the only ones they were serving. Better yet, the food was incredible, especially if you're gluten free! The atmosphere is also fantastic. Dining here made our wedding day even more special. The bartenders provided attentive service, were helpful with an allergy, and handled some obvious annoyances with stride and a smile. Way less snarky than I would've been in their place. Definitely the best mountain service I've ever had!“
