This place is so good if you understand this isn’t your average gringo mex joint. This is coastal Mexican with a focus on seafood, preferably raw and cured in lime juice. The aguachile roja and the tostada Mazatlan are not to be missed. The fried whole tilapia is incredible. We’ve eaten here multiple years in a row during a ski trip and it’s always the highlight of our visit. If you eat seafood, this is your place.
Aquachile that you would be happy with at literally any restaurant anywhere. Fish and seafood preps that are so much better than they have any right to be. One of the best parts about skiing at Keystone.

This restaurant is FANTASTIC. Must order the seafood dishes. Ceviche, aguachile, mazatlan tostada, fried fish - all incredible. Honestly if I were served these dishes at high end restaurants I would be more than happy. Plus their margaritas are delicious. Will definitely be back next time we are in town.
