Dependable and delicious. Locally sourced ingredients. Savory foods ranging from healthy to “you earned it”. Staff is always friendly and helpful. My favorite is the fries with taco beef which sounds simple but my taste buds find to be decidedly complex.

This guy knows how to make food! While I haven’t eaten a lot of bad French fries, these were the best I’ve ever had. Friendly, deeply knowledgeable about food, and good eats!
Ate at the food truck located at Trimble Hot Springs. It was "The Perfect Plate"! My family had the Sonoran Dog, Crispy Beef Tacos, and Gyro. It was very fresh, well prepared and perfectly balanced flavors. Worth the price.
