“We have eaten here twice this week!!! This is definitely our favorite dinner spot here in Eagle. I don’t know where to start. Amazing service!!!! Super friendly staff. High quality ingredients and amazing sandwiches and soups. The first visit I had the Mountain Cristo and Kelly Had the Don Veto with a bowl of the asparagus truffle soup 10 out of 10!!!!! Tonight I had the peppered pastrami with pork belly Rueben and omg probably the best sandwich I’ve ever had. Kelly had the curried chicken salad sandwich with another side of the asparagus truffle soup and all I have to say is I wish I could make her eyes roll in the back of her head like she does while enjoying the soup here! Keep of the amazing work guys and we will see u soon!!!!”

“I appreciate the fact that this cafe offers keto friendly options. I order lettuce wrapped sandwich fixings-no bread. They are skilled at lettuce wrapping, which makes it easy to eat. I usually order the Turkey Cob, but yesterday I ordered the Greek Gobbler and it was delicious. They serve sandwiches all day, even though they have a breakfast menu.”

“Amazing food!! Ordered for the full family last time they were over- 10+ people. Everyone raved (that never happens - LOL) Salads are fresh, creative and delicious! Sandwiches are plentiful, bread is amazing - not soggy! Pizza is crazy good! Our new go-to for Italian!! Just placed another order for delivery tonight. I’m jonesing for the summer salad!! Yay!! “Amazing food and the atmosphere is cozy and private. We have the Bruschetta Pomodoro, Ceasar salad and 2 different Veal dishes. All the food was delicious and fresh. Highly recommend giving them a try.”

“I was so excited to learn about this new breakfast spot! The meals that my partner ordered were excellent, and there were at least four other entrees that sounded delicious, so we will for sure be going back! It said there were grab and go options, but I didn’t see that area because it was quite busy. The service was excellent and there are many options for meals (especially for vegetarians). Glad to be living nearby this spot.”

“Shawn was incredibly detailed and professional and communicated with us to ensure we had the perfect cake. When I entered my reception, the first thing I noticed was the cake and my jaw dropped. The cake was stunning and more beautiful than I ever could’ve imagined. Not only did it look amazing, but it also tasted great, I highly recommend Shawn to get your dream wedding cake.”

“Had a nearly naked red velvet cake and 30 cupcakes made for my wedding. The cake was absolutely perfect. I didn’t need them to do any decorating as my stepmom was doing the flowers and I planned to put a few on the cake ourselves. The cake was absolutely delicious as were the cupcakes. Everyone especially loved the lemon lavender ones🤤 They are also super responsive, and very reasonably priced- which feels rare these days! Thanks!”

“DELICIOUS. Exactly what I wanted from take out Chinese. Despite being generally scared of ordering Asian food from small towns in Colorado (check my review history), I was impressed at the quality, flavor, and volume of food! We ordered lomein, friend rice, wonton soup, and kung pow chicken. I was really satisfied and dreamt of the beef and shrimp in the fried rice for the next 24 hours.”
