“Fantastic bartenders atmosphere a little bit loud for carrying on a conversation but all the drinks looked amazing and you can bring the food in from the food area and enjoy yourself while you’re having whatever cocktails air conditioning isn’t too bad. I would like to see it a little bit colder butit’s a very open area so I think that’s why it’s a little bit warmer than I think it should be for as hot as it is but definitely it must come and check it out.“

I asked for a Coors Light — and bless them, they poured it into a glass. Not a mason jar. Not a frosty mug. A glass. Clear, cold, straight from the tap. It hit exactly as advertised: like a liquid apology from the state of Colorado itself. Not fancy. Not ironic. Just beer the way it was meant to be — fast, cold, and consumed within earshot of a pool cue smacking chalk-dusted vengeance into a corner pocket.

The pool table in back? A survivor. Sloped. Slightly angry. You don’t line up shots so much as negotiate them. The regulars know the lean, the light, the curse words that help. Play at your own risk.

And then there’s that patio — a stone slab of outlaw luxury with a direct line of sight to modern America in four acts: bar, busy street, walking trail, lake. You sip your drink with traffic howling ten feet from your skull, joggers panting past in the distance with Bluetooth ears and haunted eyes, and beyond them all, the lake — shimmering like a lie you almost believed. There’s peace out there, if you squint past the madness.

Usually you need some crazy IPA to have a 7% beer, but look no further- most of the beers here are 7-10% and you wouldn’t have any idea! Belgian beer is so smooth and unique, you won’t find anything like this in Denver. The staff are lovely too! Go grab a pint here, you wont be bummed.“

“Fantastic spot with a beer for every palate—the vibe is awesome, and the service is top-shelf. Brooklyn was kind and made our visit exceptional. Before my wife and I stopped in, we read the reviews (we always do) and noticed a lone one-star complaint accusing her of being disrespectful and “fat-shaming” a family. After meeting Brooklyn, I can’t imagine her acting that way. There’s even a sign by the register that says “All are welcome,” no matter your race, orientation, etc. Don’t let that review fool you. Brooklyn is awesome and the place is amazing. 🍻“

The 3 pastel appetizers were all wonderful- we split a ham and cheese one, a ground beef one and a heart of palm and cheese one among the two of us and each one was unique and delicious. “Haven’t been back here since 2016. We usually just go to breweries one time. But I am part of a DnD campaign and we like to rotate breweries. We were here on 8/24/25. Got here about 1145 and I want to think I was the first customer they had that day. They open at 11am. They did get busier throughout the afternoon. There was 7 of us so we took up a couple of tables. They have a smaller patio. They are dog friendly. This day they were out of both of their Pilsners which I was a little bummed. Lots of IPAs on tap. Bartender was very friendly and attentive. Atmosphere is great. Will definitely be back sooner than later. Cheers!“

“Ummm, this was some of the most lovely surprises I’ve had in a while. We were just strolling by when we heard the most glorious voice (turned out to be the owner) bellowing out the open windows letting us know they had brunch cocktails to go. So, while waiting for our table next door we popped inside for a quick drink. Well, we were there a total of maybe 9 mins, but in those 9 minutes we lived a FULL life.

I had one of the best bloody Mary’s I’ve had in ages (dill-forward in the BEST way 🤤), blew bubbles (🤷‍♂️), voted for which of three non-profits I wanted to receive their quarterly donation (😍), and drank a mimosa from a champagne bong (👯🎉).

Fun was had. Drinks were delicious. Cackles were cackled. This was one of those magical moments with friends that are impossible to curate...you just have to put yourself out there and hope you stumble upon a gem like this.

“Best hotel I ever stayed in. No lying. Went during Halloween and paid $258 per night. A bit pricey but the location and amenities made up for it.

Upon check in they give you a free draft beer/rosé.
The hotel is baseball theme and has a bunch of food spots surrounding it. Hot tub has a nice view. And they served free ice cream at 4 pm with a musician playing music. Definitely will visit again if I am ever in town“

“Amazing service by not only the floor staff, but as well from management! Colorado Campfire, feels like the type of bar where everyone knows you name. You feel invited and welcome. Eva is a excellent mixologist. Johnny was extremely helpful when deciding what food to order and Reese handled a 10 person table with ease.

Their food is great and their support of local artists through their block party event is fantastic. I had the privilege of meeting their owner a few years back when I was driving for Lyft and got a ride request from him when he needed to go make sure their Prospect location was locked up properly after he received notification that a door was left open. he tipped me very generously and it was genuinely a fun ride. It never surprised me that the atmosphere of MCHC had the same fun appeal whenever I ate there. I am definitely gonna visit next time I am in Fort Collins!“
