“It was my first time going here. We didn’t have reservations so we had to sit either at the bar or outside with heaters. We chose bar. It was so cool to see the kitchen making food, and the cooks are so great. It looks like they enjoy their job bc they were smiling and laughing and I personally appreciate that. We ordered the calamari which was 10/10 and fish and chips which was also 10/10. We got 2 beers with our meal and the key lime pie which was 7/10 bc it had a ton of whipped cream on top. So it came out to close to $100. This is definitely my fish and chips spot from now on! Also shout out to Jenny our waitress, she was incredibly sweet!“

“I’ve visiting Eddie V’s numerous times, but this time was special. Not only was the vibe just electric, Gabriel (Manager), was absolutely phenomenal. When we arrived, he advised me that the night would be magical, and to expect next level cuisine. Not that I doubted him, but I’d heard it all before, so to speak. Gabriel, you and the staff blew us away.. The bone in ribeyes were cooked to a perfect medium, The truffle, macaroni and cheese was fresh, and earthy, with just the perfect balance of sharpness. The asparagus was prepared just right. That purple diamond drink was phenomenal, and I recommended it to anyone who visits. For dessert, we had the bananas, foster, and the molten cake. Both were exquisite. Gabriel, thank you so much for following through with your promise, that this to be an amazing experience. It was that, and so much more. “I had a great experience at Fin N Tonic. The oysters were incredibly fresh and full of flavor, and the truffle fries were perfectly crispy with just the right touch of truffle and parmesan.

Their drinks were beautifully crafted and refreshing. On top of that, the service was absolutely spectacular — attentive, friendly, and welcoming.

They are so great about that. We need reminders every time! We definitely go back every year when they have fresh crawfish!“

However, I did not send it back because it was still a high-end cut and I didn't want to waste it. Here's the amazing part... our server saw that it was over cooked and let us know she already had a new one being prepared. She did this without us even saying anything. Turned what would have been a pretty good dinner into an Outstanding experience. If you want good old fashioned great service, Cap Grill is one of the few remaining long standing gems in Denver. “Great variety of seafood here and the most reasonably priced I can find for snow crab legs. I'm not a huge fan of the butter seasoning, as it doesn't taste much like real butter so I usually opt to order takeout of the plain boiled crab legs and melt my own lemon butter to dip the crab meat in.
