“Wonderful hole in the wall spot. These pupusas are delicious and are made fresh to order by the two wonderful women who run the place. Crispy and chewy on the outside and hot on the inside with quality ingredients. Food takes a few mins because it’s not pre made, but can call in advance. Great mild vinegar slaw that complements the pupusas. Will def be back. Princes extremely reasonable, especially for how filling everything is.“

“Lunch here on June 18. We had an outside table and sat under a sun umbrella- perfect weather, and the location is not next to a main road so the traffic noise was minimal. Free parking within sight of our table (not that we were worried about the security of our car). Friendly yet professional staff, and the food was AMAZING! I had the Bodega Burrito, which tickled my taste-buds to no end, with just enough green chili to give the food a gentle kick! Mine was less than $20, and the portion was big enough that I took half home for another meal. My companions also had outstandingly delicious food. “The tacos here are pretty consistently good. Whenever you order food online, add about 15 mins to whatever the pickup time; they're always behind on getting the food out. Also, parking is pretty hard in this parking lot on the weekends. The staff is really friendly and they have both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is dog friendly.“

“This may be the best food (overall) that I’ve ever had in Colorado so far, and the BEST tacos by a landslide. Whoever is making the food at this place is surpassing any and every other *good* taco spot I’ve ever tried. The steak and chicken tacos were so perfectly cooked, flavorful and juicy - not doused in hot sauce or something spicy to cover up the flavors of real food made well… This is the work of a true chef and/or someone who has many layers of knowledge on how to marinade and season Mexican food to bring out the most vibrant and delicious flavors. Nothing is greasy, the meat isn’t rubbery or overcooked or skimpy portions. Everything is just the right portion (slightly larger than street tacos, so you don’t have to order 4 to feel full and get your money’s worth, 1-2 tacos with chips and queso or guac is plenty to feel happy with). Everything was incredibly fresh as well, including everything in the tacos, salsa, guacamole, tortillas. I would eat these tacos every day if I could.

It’s a bit of a small space, but exceptionally clean. Like… spotless, in the kitchen and in the dining areas and restrooms. Service was great. Not too loud, like most places that are blasting music - which was much more pleasant to the nervous system. Always appreciate low volume, chill environment to feel relaxed. They’re the “good” street tacos, the ones that are made right. IYKYK. The flavor hits and is the right flavor. The meat is excellent quality, not the small, thin, cheap, greasy, fatty kind where it’s all bites of fat, it’s juicy, tender and seasoned well. The corn tortillas had flavor, not just dry and cracking. The pineapple was either grilled or cooked with the meat and each bite had pineapple. My son doesn’t like onions or cilantro but the steak was tender and had tons of flavor, no chewy, spit it out bites. Don’t let the taco truck or location throw you off, if you’re looking for a good, made the right way street taco, these are definitely gonna be the ones. Price was kinda pricey, it came out to a little over $4/taco; but for the taste and quality, we didn’t mind paying what we did plus tip for the great service and customer service; the old dude was very nice, welcoming and friendly. I didn’t feel judged or rushed. They have a little covered “eat here” section with tables and chairs and coolers with icy cold drinks. They also have the standard green (mild) and red (hot) salsas. The green has the right amount of heat and complimented the Pastor tacos very nicely! Made it almost like a sweet and spicy kinda deal. The red, to me, was way too spicy- like numbed my tongue, made me choke spicy lol but then I can’t eat hot Cheetos so take that how you want.“

Plus a house made tortilla was just the icing on the cake. Next we tried the quesabirria taco. Hands down best thing I’ve eaten in a while. Last thing we had was the churros. I got a dulce de leche filling and my husband got just regular churros. They were both so delicious and freshly made. Everything was just so delicious we will definitely be back again.“
