“The best service and hospitality I’ve experienced in Denver/Aurora. The food is incredible and the staff is extremely knowledgeable about vegan food. They are a family run business that has been operating for three decades with Mama still cooking in the back (they were featured in Westword). Aside from having marked vegan options on the menu, you can also ask them to make vegan versions of things. I noticed they wrote and circled “vegans!” on the order notepad which tells me they are very careful about making sure dietary accommodations are paid attention to. We were able to veganize the chow fun and it was the best (in fact, the only good) vegan chow fun I’ve had in Colorado over the last 8 years. Also large portions at a very good price. This is a gem of a restaurant. If you’re vegan and haven’t been yet, make it a priority!“

“Accidentally went on their grand opening, it was a tad busy but expected. Blown away by their broth and noodles! Love the tendon. A few hiccups with their service but understandable, and their wait staff were so nice and friendly. Finally found really good pho after living in Denver for some years. That broth is perfect and I didn’t have to spice it up much at all like some other restaurants though I do like spice so added some Sriracha and jalapeños after the first few tastings. The medium bowl is a large at most places though I’d like to try the large next time as it was so good. The Pork Banh Mi is fantastic and I’ll definitely order it again next visit too!“

“Bought a great pork banh mi there that's easily enough for 2 meals. Recommend asking for some kind of sauce, otherwise it's kinda dry (think I'll add a fish sauce/chili sauce blend that I toss together, but I bet they have something good behind the counter if you ask). It is delicious and they have some pretty niche items there! Would highly recommend checking it out and I'll definitely be back.“

“This was my first time here— Visiting from Miami Florida. This is hands down the BEST Pho I’ve ever had and the BEST egg rolls. The best thing about it, is the pricing is great. My server made our time spectacular. I wish I got his name — he was so sweet and hilarious. He made us laugh our whole time there. “I had one of the best experiences at Le Colonial in Denver, CO. I ordered the Cari Ga, the Curry Chicken entree. I have never tasted a finer curry dish than this one! We ordered the curry vermicelli bowl and the field greens fried rice. The curry was very tasty but the fried rice was bland. I think there are better Vietnamese restaurants in Denver but I would still go back.“

“The front of the building may not be stellar, but nice warm and friendly inside. Our server was awesome and our crew - including 8 teen boys - all found items on the menu that they loved. Portions were generous and flavorful. The Pho soup and rice/vermicelli dishes were particularly good. Vegetarian was very happy with meal, dietary restrictions were met for whole crew.“

“First time for me, I like the atmosphere of dining area and cleanliness throughout, with fast and courteous services but needs improvement of food in general, meaning food wasn't that tasty how it was made, I had the famous Vietnamese Phở but it doesn't have enough aroma how it should have. “Large Pho Dac Biet was delicious, had all the necessary meats. My eyes were bigger than my stomach so ended up taking half of it to go. Reminded me of my mom’s cooking. Was hoping to have some culantro as a garnish to go with it but not a big deal.
The Goi Cuon was delicious as well. Good pork and shrimp balance and I liked the coconut heavy flavor of the dipping sauce.
The Cafe Sua Da was authentic in preparation and flavor, not the premixed ones at other locations that don’t have the chicory flavor from the Cafe Du Monde. Would 100% recommend.“

“We went there on Friday about 1p. There was a lot of free parking. It was clean, bright and roomy.

I ordered the seafood pho and it came with the normal complimentary veggies. It was pretty good, but it needs more real seafood (too much artificial crab & fish balls)
