“exceeded our expectations! The cheese ramen was amazingly rich and flavorful, delicious soft boiled marinated egg, and tasty noodles. What stops this from being 5 stars, is the chashu, it was a tiny portion and very overcooked. The tsukemen was very tasty, but broth was too thin and not as rich/concentrated as it should be.
Service was amazing! Cant wait to come back to try more!“

“such a great experience! The sushi was literally amazing — everything tasted so fresh, and the flavors went together perfectly. The sushi was really well made and tasted even better than I expected. The restaurant itself was beautiful, and the atmosphere was so relaxing and welcoming. I had such a good experience overall and would definitely come back again!“

“Great service! Delicious food! Staff was very friendly and patient with us since we may have taken a little bit of time to decide on what to order.“

“We eat at Sumo Restaurant at least twice a week, and it continues to be one of the best spots in Longmont for consistently great food and friendly service. The staff always make us feel welcome, and the quality never slips no matter how busy they are. We recently tried their new margaritas — mango, strawberry, or peach — and they’re fantastic. Each one is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced (not overly sweet like many fruit margaritas). They’re a fun upgrade to an already great dining experience. If you’re looking for a reliable local favorite with great drinks and food, Sumo is definitely worth a visit.“
