“The new owners in the past year are doing an amazing job. Some nights they’ve become so popular that they are having a little trouble keeping up but they will break their back to make it up to you. So far the food is very delicious and is my favorite in Evergreen. It’s just too bad they have the same name as a restaurant in Florida that keeps coming up on my web search. I wish they would change their name so everyone knows the difference. ?“

“We’re visiting Colorado and we found this place and when I tell you that the reviews do not disappoint!
The food was delicious and the service was amazing! We all got ramen and some potstickers and they were delicious! We eat ramen often at home and each has its own different flavor and this one is definitely in my top 10!
