“We’re currently visiting my sister and her family in Colorado Springs, and decided to eat brunch together here. I was beyond impressed! My 2 year old (who will be 3 next week) has multiple food allergies. Normally going out to eat is a tough experience. Our server was so nice and when I mentioned allergies her response was “oh we take food allergies seriously, let me make sure that item is a safe food.” Not only was it the very first time he was able to order off of a kids menu (normally we feel lucky to get him one or two items ale carte), but the food came out with a “ALLERGY” flag in it which made us all feel safer about him eating it. He loved the meal, no allergic reaction, and the service/wait staff was FANTASTIC. I can’t wait to go back the next time we visit. 🥰“

“I had an extraordinary experience at the IHOP located on Stetson Hills Blvd in Colorado Springs.
We arrived at this restaurant and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the parking lot, entrance and work areas. We were greeted and seated by Topher who was friendly and very observant.
My parents arrived and Theresa introduced herself as our server. She was very attentive, organized and friendly. Food arrived on time and my Mom spilled water on her meal. Topher jumped in and reordered the meal and Theresa delivered it. We appreciated the fast action and response.
As the meal was wrapping up, Felicia (Manager) stopped by to see how our experience had gone, and she was also amazing to speak with.

“I am a burger connoisseur!!! I've had a burger at dang near every restaurant/bar in Colorado Springs and I'm telling you theirs are amazing. Real beef and real beefy!!! Their kitchen is spic and span and their chefs are food safe conscientious! They always have hair nets beard covers and gloves.

“I visited longhorn last night... The bar area was clean and all the service workers were awesome!
After being seated and ordering my ribeye and shrimp, I discovered that my food was not cooked to the specifications I had given.

However Balinda the manager was happy to help out in any way she could,
Apologetically... she had my food redone,it was a beautiful experience they were all very nice.
Servers were awesome, impeccable service at that location I've never been to longhorn before but I will be back again 😁“

“Liking the North Atlantic Cod sandwich a lot but would love to see an option for an extra filet, you see, the bun is 3” wide but the cod I received was just over and inch wide so I would gladly pay extra for the fish to fill out the bun more. It’s a much better look and the bun wouldn’t overwhelm the fish stick.“

“Build your plate. I had brisket, hot links, okra and fries. This is the best restaurant okra I’ve ever had. Being from Mississippi, I know fried okra. The fries and okra are prepared as they are ordered and are served fresh and hot. The fries are nice and firm, not mealy at all. The brisket was good and the hot links too. Portions are generous. The staff is great and the place is clean. I will definitely be back. You can’t miss with this place.“

Found the food was delicious, fresh, well cooked, very clean, the staff kept all the dishes replenished and our table servant was very courteous and prompt. The price for one senior, one adult and two children was under $50 including a $5 tip. The desserts were great also with a wide variety. No complaints from me or my guests.“
