“Tried Las Tortas 2 for the first time and ordered the ‘Tejana torta’ ($12.86 before tax) —and honestly, I went in without really knowing what a torta was. Pleasant surprise! The sandwich was loaded with fillings and a very good portion size. It felt perfect as a breakfast-style sandwich, and honestly, one torta can easily be shared between two people for a full meal.

We didn’t sit inside because the music was extremely loud, almost ear-bursting. This isn’t a gourmet sit-down restaurant anyway—it’s more of a small, local takeout spot with a few chairs and tables, focused on food rather than ambiance.

The menu has tons of options, which is great, but it can be a bit overwhelming if you don’t already know what everything is or what to order.

Overall, this is an amazing local torta spot with great value and generous portions.
5 stars for the restaurant, and I’ll definitely be back—especially to try more items during the morning hours.“

I tried a different paneer and the honey curry. Chef noted my desire to stay on the mild spice side. The tandoori chicken wings were among the tops of my wings experience. If you are there for happy hour (starts at 3 pm), you must try them! I ordered a large amount of food so I’d have leftovers to take home.“

“Improper City is one of the few places that actually have a non alcoholic on tap along with local non alcoholic beers. Great place to enjoy the nice weather as one of best patios in Rino.“

“My first apartment as a young woman was off Cheesman Park and I use to go to Lik’s Ice cream often. I recently visited. I think it might have had a different name back then. It appears they are still using the same refrigerated cases from the 80’s. I do not think they have painted it or have ever had an update on the inside. The cleanliness is hard to know. I was surprised by the limited number of ice cream flavors they had. I recall years ago there were more options. But they had the standards and a few different ones. The ice cream is still good. I bet they have 12 different flavors. It was busy. 90 degree weather helps business. Parking is on street and it’s not that easy to get. Some of the staff have piercings, odd colors in their hair and appear to be rockers. They are friendly. If you’re in the area an ice cream cone might be the answer for a hot day in Denver. I liked the chocolate bourbon flavor.“

Another thing I loved: when you order fries, you can choose a single or double portion instead of being forced into getting two sides. “I've been drinking their coffee for last 5 years. I order their beans every now and then (I live in Texas but always stop by whenever I'm in Colorado to visit my family). I really appreciate their customer service. Last bag of beans were so bad and I knew that was not their norm. I felt that they needed to know. They were quick to investigate why it was a bad batch and apologized. They sent me a bag of their new freshly roasted beans. Thank you and I'll see you in summer when I come up for a visit, have a cortado ready for me.“

“Campo has the freshest food in Denver, hands down. I’m hooked, and my wallet isn’t thrilled about it. Every single thing I’ve ordered here exceeds my expectations. “What a cute little place! Love the idea of coming in, ordering at the counter or going to the bar area. You choose your experience. I ordered keto cheese shell tacos. Total yumminess! Taco al pastor was flavorful, juicy and super fresh. Several choices of salsas as well as chopped pineapple to top your tacos. They have tacos, burritos, birria as well as birria broth.
And then, why not add a beer, margarita it an N/A Corona to your lunch? Definitely coming back!“
