“I needed to fit some food into my schedule yesterday. I'm so glad I stopped here. The lady who helped me was so kind, and generous. I decided to eat outside, and she surprised me with a cup of water filled with ice. Food was great, she was awesome!!🥰“

“Customer service has really gone down hill at fast food places in general since the pandemic.The manager here stays on top of situations that may arise. She was aware of what I was calling about and knew my name so I didn't even need need introduce myself.. I almost did a double take when she listened and responded appropriately.She turned a bad experience into a positive.“

He was nervous but was composed and asked when he didn't know. The other employees were very good about making him feel more confident and relax. And his mom came in. Lol. “I walk inside to a very warm greeting to a red haired woman by the name of Cori. Extremely polite and professional, very intuitive and listened to what I wanted. Never once did I have to repeat myself. Made a bit of small talk while she was in the process of making my sandwich and before you know it... the process was done and I was on my way out the door.
Thank you for being professional and friendly, this is extremely hard to find these days unless they are paid management.
